Notes:

 We started the meeting with a short kumustahan to set the mood of the body and
reflect the past three years of the implementation of campus journalism.
 Presented the result of the survey given the day before the meeting
 We discussed and analyzed the problems that arose in the implementation of
campus journalism for the past three years.
 We discussed and asked for some suggestions on possible solutions to the following
problems and suggestions

Problems
 Lack of trainings for Upskilling and Reskilling of Teacher-Coaches/SPAs
 Limited access of needed materials for the journalist.
 Students ‘lack of Interest

Suggested Solutions

 Design and conduct virtual INSET/SLAC with invited resource speakers

 Coordinate to School admin and PTA officer
 making a motivational video to upload in FB group in each year level and
utilizing a survey tool for students

 We asked for a suggestion on designing a Project for the streamlines of the suggested
activities.

Suggested Projects

 Project RISE - Recalibrating Initiatives and Students Empowerment

 Project FAST-Facilitating Assistance through SLAC and Training
 Project BOSES-Bridging Out School s Equipment from Sources

 We agreed that the project to be used is Project RISE

 JHS SPAs volunteered to draft the content of the survey tool and carry out the
collating of the students’ survey result.
 Through the focal person of HUMSS dept., Madam Shelyn suggested that the SHS
SPAs are the one to make the motivational video.
 We ended the meeting by reminding SPAs to work efficiently for another challenge in
the realization of the project and asked their commitment and support.
