DEED OF DONATION

  
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MELOGEAN S. CANDELARIO, married to Roden A. Candelario, of legal age, Filipino and

resident of San Antonio, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR,
and

The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF GLORIA, Oriental Mindoro, a local government unit

created and organized in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, represented by Hon. LORETO S.
PEREZ, Municipal Mayor of Gloria, Oriental Mindoro with residence and postal address at Maligaya,
Gloria, Oriental Mindoro, hereinafter called the DONEE,

Witnesseth:

That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located in Brgy. Malubay, Gloria,
Oriental Mindoro and containing an area of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (357) SQUARE
METERS, more particularly described as follows:

Transfer Certificate Title No. 064-2014000156

Lot 130, Ccs-04-002441

Beginning at point marked “1” of Lot 130, Ccs-4-002441, being S. 64 o 58’ W.,
8431.40 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 691-D, Gloria, Cadastre, thence;
N. 45o 38’ W., 38.40 meters to point 2;
N. 77o 07’ E., 22.12 meters to point 3;
S. 10o30’ E., 32.32 meters to point of beginning,
Containing an area of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (357) SQUARE
METERS.
All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by
P.S. Cyl. Concrete Mons. 15 x 60 cm.
Bounded on the SW., NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Barangay Road., and on the E.,
along line 3-1 by Lot 112, Ccs-04-002441.
Bearings true.
This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations
promulgated hereunder by Geodetic Engineer Elpidio E. Atienza on June 9- September 12,
2003 and was duly approved on January 23, 2004.
NOTE:
This lot is covered by FPA 045206-346 and is equivalent to Lot 10165, Cad 691-D,
Gloria Cadastre and recommended for issuance of patent by Surveyman/ DPLI Rodel M.
Montealegre.

That the DONEE is one of the local government units created and organized in accordance with
the laws of the Philippines, represented by its Municipal Mayor, Hon. LORETO S. PEREZ.

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the
DONEE, and as an act of gratitude and liberality, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely GIVES,
TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation the abovementioned property to the DONEE
herein represented by Hon. Loreto S. Perez, Municipal Mayor, their executors and administrators, all
of the rights, title and interest which the DONORS has in the above-described real property together with
all the improvements found therein free from all liens and encumbrances.

That in case that the purpose shall not be utilized for a period of five (5) years or the property will
no longer be devoted for purpose indicated in this donation , the donor has the right to revoke this Deed of
Donation.

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive her creditors,
and that she has reserved for her sufficient funds and property;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation and expresses their appreciation
and gratefulness for the generosity and civic mindedness of the DONOR;
 That the DONOR hereby acknowledges notice of this acceptance of this donation by the
DONEE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their names
