 FOREWORD
IIM Jammu is ecstatic to announce the completion of Final
Placements for the academic year 2020-22 - the 5th batch of its
MBA Program. From the very beginning, IIM Jammu has set high
standards for outstanding value-based quality education, high-
quality research, executive education, consultancy and strong
corporate as well as international linkages. Despite the
considerable increase in the batch size from the previous year,
we are proud to announce this year's placement season to be a
resounding success.

The class of 217 students witnessed over 119 companies

participating in the campus recruitment process with 36 first-
time recruiters offering enviable roles in Product Management,
Marketing, Consulting, Finance, and General Management.
Despite the difficulties posed by the pandemic, IIM Jammu was
able to adapt to the new normal and was able to conduct the
entire process smoothly online. Our recruiters include industry
leaders such as Amazon, Brillio, BenQ, Aditya Birla Fashion,
Cognizant, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Hyundai, ICICI Bank, Optum,
Paytm, PwC, Trendence Analytics, TresVista, Vedanta, Xiaomi
amongst others.
