Module 1: Output no.2 Reflection

“My Meaningful Exit from Senior High School”

Each one of us has plan in the future. Even I, as a student, I have many plans for my
future not just for myself but for the good of my family.
I have checklist for myself ang I strongly believe that I can achieve my dreams in life.
First, I want to finish college and I will strive hard to become professional. My childhood dream
is to become an accountant and follow the footsteps of my sister.I like to serve and entertain
clients during banking hours. Secondly, I want also to become a teacher because I want to share
my knowledge to my students and to the young children that surrounds me. And my third choice
is to become a journalist o writer. I love talking, writing and news reporting. But all of my
favorite courses in college would not be possible if my parents can’t afford to send me to higher
education. I need to consult to my parents if they can sustain my needs in college.
If in case I will not be given the chance to pursue higher education, I will enroll short
term courses in TESDA. I want to become a National Certificate holder in Food & Beverage
Services NC II, or taking Bread & Pastry Production NC II holder or to become NC II
Bookkeeping skilled person. I am very sure that by taking theses short time courses, I can make
my life much better. If I can’t be professional but I have my knowledge, skills and life- long
learning that would make me sustain all my needs and can be productive in terms of livelihood.
With my eagerness, perseverance and skills, I can start putting up my small business so that I can
help my parents in sustaining the needs of my family so that I can prepare my future.
These are my target exits after senior high school. I will stand to my principle in life that
poverty is not a hindrance to success but a challenge to overcome.
