Fearless : I am someone who shows no fear, you might also call the brave, I remember one time in the

office, I was given the opportunity and challenge to explain "how to configure network devices". and I
took the challenge with 3 days time. every night I always learn to configure that network device, I try
and I always fail, because I have a fearless personality I keep trying to configure that network device,
and finally on the third day I successfully configure the network device and it is ready to be adopted and
implemented in the office.

Confident : I am someone who has confidence .every time there is a meeting at the office, I always try
to focus and give my opinion. But before I give my opinion, I always research the meeting material and
explore the topic of the meeting. therefore some of the audience in the meeting can accept my opinion
well

Adaptable : I remember on the first day of work, I tried to introduce people in the office and I was very
happy because the people in the office were very friendly. Since then when I meet some people in the
office I always say hello and smile and they did that to me too

Helpful : Since december 2021 i joined netco. Next Elite Telco Consultant (NETCO) is a flagship program
to develop fresh graduates into professionals with the aim of preparing and deepening knowledge with
a strong character in the field of telecommunications / IT, especially Radio Planning & Optimization. At
netco we always hold meetings to discuss new 5G technology. I feel very excited because this is my
passion. based on knowledge from netco, I was given the opportunity to share knowledge about radio
frequencies in the office. I feel very happy because my friends enjoy and understand from my
explanation.

Loyal : I am someone who remains supportive to those close to me. When I see some of my friends
having difficulty in their work, I always try to help them. because in my opinion in the office we must
collaborate and work together to achieve the main goal.

Childis : I am someone who behaves in an immature manner, I have a hobby of collecting Tamiya toys.
on payday i always buy tamiya to collect. I feel this is a bad personality because of waste and the impact
of wasting I always run out of money at the end of the month. I am really not wise to manage my
money.

Selfish : I am someone who puts themselves before others, In my organization it is always selfish to win
in managing work programs. although my rules were disliked by some in the organization because they
felt they could be detrimental.

Paranoid : I find it hard to trust some people if I just met them. I always suspected that they were not
good people. I always thought that they could hurt me. because when I was in middle school I had a
trauma about bullying. it was really bad experience.

Rowdy : I am someone who is loud and brash, often disruptive.When I see my friends taking a break
after work, I always disturb them by playing loud songs. as a result my friends were very upset and they
scolded me. but i said it was just a joke
Sleazy : I am someone who is sordid or corrupt, Before work I always prioritize my projects. e.g. if I
allocate 1 hour to do work on network configuration, I always go out of allocated plan. this is not good
because i still have another project.
