Research Title: IMPACTS OF ROADWAY CONDITION, TRAFFIC AND MANMADE
FEATURES ON ROAD SAFETY

 What is/are presented:

The researcher presented a problem of their country, India, a very common
problem related to their traffic system. India is one developing country so
traffic system like roads and road safety are at premature stage. It is
presented also that 1 death every 2.75 minutes is happening due to road
accidents. Also, data from different factors of accident such as road
conditions and driver conditions are presented

 What is/are lacking:

The researcher didn’t include government interventions on how they affect
road traffic accidents as well as driver’s mental state. In the review of related
literature, didn’t mention how weather affects road accident rates.

 Importance of including those which is/are lacking:

These factors that are not mentioned in the research can have a direct impact
on road safety awareness. Presence of government officials such as police
and traffic officers on key areas may reduce the risk or possibility of a road
accident. And also, right forecast of weather can also improve the awareness
of drivers on their surroundings.
