1.ASSESSING OF CRITICAL THINKING:

Using the Employees responses from the activities that promote critical thinking to assess
whether they are, indeed, reaching their critical thinking goals. It is important to establish
clear criteria for evaluating critical thinking. The main reason to asses critical thinking
because it help both employee and employer know the goal toward which they are working.

2.TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF-MOTIVATION:

Self-motivation is important because it prevents ourselves from relying on others and
encourages us. Ability to know our strengths to achieve the objectives. It also ensures to do
work on flaws and don't let them get in the way of plans.
