-. All done to Set Tool Length,it will change“Home=0 FM”to ”Home=0 M”on LCD screen.

-. When turn on the machine, must run “Set Tool Length”

3.5. Call Job file / Job Manager(DNC)


- Press notice as below,

“File Manager”“Enter=Local””Current=d:₩Hanter”

- Press , and select a file out of list use key.

- Press , message displays Enter=Open 0=Delete”

- Press one more time, return an initial screen, confirm file name.

3.6. Start (job starting position)

- Selected file moves job starting position. (Pause LED/ yellow on).

3.7. Set Surface ( When Materials change, must measure its length)

* Set Surface by Manual(without Surface Gauge)

- Press VAC(vacuum pump) key to ON

- Press Set Surface key.use Jog key Z asix can come down

quickly over 30mm from the material.

- Press Jog Speed Change key to“J=L speed”, and move the tool on

surface of the material.

-. KeyPad will show like below.

0=Atotoset Enter=Set

- Press Enter key to Set Surface by Manual.

- Press Enter key to Finish Set Surface. then z axis move up and

complete setting.

* Set surface by Automatic(with Surface Gauge)

- Press VAC(vacuum pump) key to ON

- Press Set Surface key.use Jog key Z asix can come down

quickly over 50mm from the material.

- Press Jog Speed Change key to“J=L speed”, and move the tool on

-. Stick the Magnet on the Tool Collet.

-. Place Surface Gauge on the surface of the material

- Press key to autoset.

-. Z axis will move down until it touch the Surface Gauge.

-. After touching, then z axis move up and complete setting.

-. Press complete setting and return initial screen.

-. Displace Magnet and Surface Gauge and place them to their own Position

3.8. Start

- Moving to starting point of selected file or starting its cut

After reading file, firstly if pressing start key,the machine move to

starting point of selected file and then yellow Pause LED is on.

When yellow Pause LED is on, if pressing start key,the machine starts

cutting. and then yellow Pause LED is off.

- Pausing or stop cutting of selected file.

While the machine is cutting, if pressing stop key, the machine pause

And then yellow Pause LED is on.

When yellow Pause LED is on, if pressing stop key,the machine stops

cutting. and then yellow Pause LED is off.

4. Plasma(Option)

4.1. Auto OP_Mode Set

-. When setting ToolNo=1-4,14,15 ,18 in Camera Mode of SetUp POPUP window for SCut Program,

After finding all Mark Points, automatically

ToolNo=1-4 Turn to Op Mode=1 Router Mode,

ToolNo=14 Turn to Op Mode=6 Knife Mode,

ToolNo=15 Turn to Op Mode=7 CreasingWheel Mode , and

ToolNo=18 Turn to Op Mode=8 Plasma Mode

4.2. Manual OP_Mode Set(OP_Mode=8)

-. Can be changed by using below Op Mode Select Up/Down Key.(Plasma Mode=8)

-. At Menu/SYSTEM /OP_Mode , the parameter can be changed to related number.

(OP_Mode=8)

4.3. Set Surface ( When Materials change, must measure its length)

* You must Set Surface by Manual(without Surface Gauge)

- Press VAC(vacuum pump) key to ON

(if Have_USB_IO=1 is not necessary)

- Press Set Surface key.use Jog key Z asix can come down

quickly over 30mm from the material.

- Press Jog Speed Change key to“J=L speed”, and move the tool on

surface of the material.

4.4. Start

5. Operating function Explanation

5.1. Find Machine Home


-. This function is machine home find.
The below case you must process this function.
*.When turn on the machine.
*.After release the emergency switch(on the top of keypad)
*.After machine become NG state.

When Find Home is pressed, If PowerOffReboot equal to 0


after Z sensor detection, Z axis move down by ZHomeOffSet,and Z axis value display
with Z_TableSize.
after X(or Y) sensor detection, X(or Y) axis move to by (XHomeOffSet,YHomeOffSet),and
X(or Y) axis value display with (XhomeOffsetV,YhomeOffSetV).
If the machine has Knife, the Knife home find start.
When Find Home is pressed, If PowerOffReboot equal to 1
after Z sensor detection, Z axis move down by ZHomeOffSet,and Z axis value display
with Z_TableSize.
after X(or Y) sensor detection, X(or Y) axis move to by (XHomeOffSet,YHomeOffSet),and
X(or Y) axis value display with (XhomeOffsetV- X_UserHome0,YhomeOffSetV- Y_UserHome0).
If the machine has Knife, the Knife home find start.
the below message appear after Find Machine Home.

Before the machine find machine home, press the key


The machine start “Find Machine Home”.

After the machine find machine home, press the key

-. Can be changed by using below Mode Toggle Key.(Router/KNIFE/ CreasingWheel /PLASMA)

-. At Menu/SYSTEM /OP_Mode , the parameter can be changed to related number.

5.3. Set Tool Length
1. Press the Set Tool Length Key

display “ Setting Tool Length”,“ Moving on fixed sensor position”

move to Fix_Sensor Position.

MENU/TOOL PARAMETER[0] = F_Sensor_X: Fixed sensor X coordinates

MENU/TOOL PARAMETER[1] = F_Sensor_Y : Fixed sensor Y coordinates

2. LCD is displayed

“Setting Tool Length”, “Z = 230.000”


“Surface = 230.000” , “ Tool Length = 230.000”
“Jog=L”, “0=Autoset”

3. You check Fix Sensor below Spindle

note : Must confirm Die_Height

MENU/TOOL PARAMETER[2]= Die_Height

4. Use Z axis JOG Key move down to suitable Material Surface location

note : Must confirm Jog Speed.

5. auto measurement

A. Press the 0 Key (Autoset)

note : If press the 0 Key, tool move slowly down , touch sensor twice and tool move

quickly up to Z axis max height.

6. LCD is displayed

“Tool Length”—changed value display

“Tool Length Set Finished Please Enter key”

7. Press the Enter Key and move to Job area.

*.When the tool broken during cutting, press stop key(pause state) and
you can push Set Tool Length Key

5.4. Set Home (0,0)

The Set Home Key gives you the ability to define the exact location of X=0, Y=0 of the
material to be cut, in accordance to the job origin position defined in your CAM package at
the time the CNC program was generated. This is sometimes referred to as the soft home
location. The file to be run on the table will use this location as the new home or (0, 0),
and all the subsequent movements will be related to this point.

When Job Origin Menu key is pressed, the user is presented with the following texts:

1. Press the Set Home Key


“ Set home position here?”

“OK”

2. Press the Enter Key


“Home Set Finished”

“Please Enter Key”

3. Press the Enter Key and return to the main menu.

5.5. Go Home
Press the Go Home Key, move quickly home(0,0)
the Find Home key becomes the Go Home key. It now functions as a return to 0, 0, Tool Lift key.
The controller automatically changes the function of the Find Home / Go Home key from Find
Home to Go Home after the hard home is found, and resets it to Find Home when E-Stop button
was activated or power has been removed from the system.
Note: To re find the hard home, power must be removed from the system, either by pushing the
E-Stop button or turning off the power switch.

5.6. Job File Read(DNC)


The Key can call an NC FILE which is saved at the computer directly.
The transmission is possible although the machine stays at a location different from the
computer.

1. If press the Job File Read(DNC) Key ,and display as shown in the below.

4. Press the Enter Key , and display as shown in the below.

To open file , Press the Enter Key

To delete file, Press the 0 Key

5. choose open file


after display“openning”,File Open is finished.
And return init Menu.
6. choose delete file

Enter=Delete”

The message appears and

Press the Enter Key ,File is Deleted

And return init Menu.

5.7. START

- Moving to starting point of selected file or starting its cut

When yellow Pause LED is on, if pressing start key,the machine starts

cutting. and then yellow Pause LED is off.

- Feed Speed Up/Down Key

The Job is processed as the message like there is marked.

Start : execute the file to choose

Pause,Stop : pause and stop the file to choose

Press the this Key for the first time – Pause State(Pause LED on)

Once again ,Press the this Key and finish the execution(Pause LED off)

(3) Press the Start Key and can begin the Job

*“DZ=-0.1000” <- DZ is Z Depth Move Value.

*. Z Depth Step (ParaSYS[11]=Z_Depth_FACT)

Running State : As below ,Keys are possible.

1) Feed Speed

2) Spindle Speed

3) Spindle On/Off, Vacuum On/Off. Chip On/Off , Cool On/Off

Job Finish : If Job finish automatic,move to ParkHome or UserHome, and stops.

ParaSYS[10]= ParkHome possible yes or no

ParaPOS[4]=X ParkHome, ParaPOS[5]=Y ParkHome

*. If Job finish automatic, record the running time at the NC file.

Can forecast running time accurately

This Keys select the Jog Speed Low,Mid,High

“J=L” -> “Jog=LOW”

“J=M” -> “Jog=MID”

“J=H” -> “Jog=HIGH”

This Keys modify the Feed Speed Up or Down

display “Feed%=##.##”at Opertor Panel.

1. This Key teaches the information about a Key function to be selected.

5.18. Shift
If press the SHIFT Key before press any key, use append function

If press the SHIFT Key, SHIFT LED is on, ready SHIFT Mode

5.19. Cancel / ESC


If press the Cancel Key, terminate the menu or function.

5.20. Enter
If press the Enter Key, execute menu, set value

5.21. Emergency Stop (E-STOP)


E-STOP is a red button located in upper side of operating panel. When you button this all power

is stop. So, machine doesn’t move when the button is buttoned. If you want use the machine pull

it out and find machine home again.

5.22. Screen refresh


When the screen is displayed in a bad way, button then screen is refreshed..

When keys don’t operate, you press the cancel key.

5.23.6. PARAMETER Factory Set


This is MENU to restore PARAMETER Factory.
In hanter factory they must make a “FACTORY.INI”file.
Before release the machine copy “HAN.INI” to “FACTORY.INI”(d:₩exe folder)
If your controller have not a“FACTORY.INI”file, don’t change new parameter.

1. If select the PARAMETER Factory Set MENU and display as shown in the below.

“<Para Factory Set>” ”0=Factory Set”

2. To Factory Set, Press the 0 Key

3. Copy file “FACTORY.INI” to “HAN.INI”and set parameter of“HAN.INI”

5.24. How to set Die_Height


1.Set parameter of Die_Height=0.0 (MENU/TOOL PARAMETER[2]=Die_Height)

2.Push down emergency button ,release the button and Find Machine Home.

check Z value.(Z value=210.0)

3.Turn on the Vaccume and Insert TOOL by hands,move down tool until it touch MDF top surface,

check Z value.(Z value=35.596)

4. Press down (Shift+03)key for Set Tool Length

After tool sensing,check Z value.(Z value=132.894)

5.Calculation

Die_Height=2nd value - 3rd value - 4th value

Die_Height=210.0 -35.596 -132.894=41.51

6.Set parameter of Die_Height=41.51

Die_Height = Tool sensor Height - MDF Height


7.How to check Die_Height

Turn on the Vaccume and Tool load and sensing, move the tool to YMAX,

Move down to Z min by Z JOG key. Check whether MDF will damage much by Tools or little.

You had better set Die_Height for little damage of MDF.

In case tool doesnot reach MDF, increase the Die_Height Value.

5.25. Restart of work stopped Point / blackout(Option)


5.25.1. Make work stopped Point

1) If Machine Power blackout in cutting work, the position at which the machine stop will

be restarted position.

2) If EM button is pressdown in cutting work,the position at which the machine stop will

be restarted position.

3) If Stop button is pressed down in cutting work and repressed,the position at which the

machine stop will be restarted position.

4) If any file is read, work stopped point release.

5.25.2, How to do "Restart of work stopped Point"

1) If machine reboot,file saved with work stopped Point is read.

2) Analyze the file(CTOOLNOReboot , TotalCurrStep etc)

3) If pressing down the keys for Find Machine Home, If PowerOffReboot equal to 1

after sensor detection, designated (XHomeOffSet,YHomeOffSet,ZHomeOffSet) is moved to.


coordination indication value is expressed with the value of
(XhomeOffsetV - X_UserHome0,YhomeOffSetV - Y_UserHome0,Z_TableSize)
the below message appear after Find Machine Home.
