Master Agreements steps

Master agreements can be searched and created through Web UI with business role "
S4C_SOM_REP - Internal Sales Rep. (Subscr.)".
First step is to select MA Partner.
The Master Agreement Partner is
the partner with whom you have

negotiated the master agreement

system as business partner

1 Select the Products. Every product is represented as an item of the Master Agreement.

Define Custom Product IDs and Custom Text

3 To maintain Configuration click on the icon to open the detail screen

4 Fix configuration if required Configuration in the call off object can be changed if the configuration
has not been fixed in the master agreement.
If the Configuration is fixed, it is not possible to change the Configuration in the call-off-object

Contract Partner :
The contract partner is the partner with whom you have
negotiated the master agreement. A master agreement only
has one contract partner and is assign on the Master
Agreement header.
Authorized Contract Partners:
Authorized contract partners act as the contract partner, sold-
to party and service recipient in the call-off object as a default
setting.
Authorized Sold-to Party:
Authorized sold-to parties act as the sold-to party and service
recipient in the call-off object as a default setting. They cannot
however act as the contract partner in the provider contract.
The default contract partner is used here.
Authorized Ship-To / Service Recipient:
Authorized service recipients cannot act as the contract
partner in the call-off object. They can be entered as an
alternative service recipient in the call-off object.

Master Agreement Status:
Open, In Process, Released,
Completed, reflects the summarized
item status

Master Agreement Item Status:


Open
In Process:
A new item is created and all changes can be made
Released:
The item has been created completely and is legally
valid. You can start subsequent processes (call-offs),
like the creation of a subscription order or a solution
quotation.
The following can no longer be modified:
Customer-specific product ID, Fixed configuration,
Configuration, Parameters, Cross-catalog mapping
version, Billing cycle,
Completed:
It is not possible to perform any new actions (call-offs).

MA related action that you can do in this screen are the

If the product is a bundled product it will
not explode automatically in the Item
list . You can find the bundle components
in the product list on the item level.

Create Master Agreement – CCM Version

Maintain CCM Version


You can choose among released
mapping version. The mapping
version is used in the respective
subscription item of the call-off
The concept of redefining Convergent Charging Parameter is similar to the tables. The system reads the parameter from the standard
product (cross catalog mapping) and display them in assignment block “Convergent Charging Parameters”. The following options are
possible to redefine a parameter:
Redefined Value: The column “Redefined Value" is editable and you can enter an individual value.
Characteristic: The column “Characteristic" is editable and you can select a characteristic from the product configuration
Attribute: The column “Characteristic" is editable and you can select a attribute from the product configuration.
BRF Event: The column “BRF plus function" is editable and you can select an existing BRF Event

Depending of the Master Agreement negotiation, it might
be necessary to change the entries of a standard
Mapping or Range Table only for this specific Master
Agreement.

In case of redefining, the systems copy automatically the


default table and creates new table. M/R Tables will be
created as Agreement Tables with relation to Master
Agreement.

It is also possible to assign another exiting table.

Via the hyperlink you can navigate to the CC table.

Select Call off to create
subscription order based on master
agreements
Select authorized Partner from the
list
Select transaction type and date
and click on create
Master agreement data like products and involved
parties will be copied to Subscription Order including
redefined parameters, mapping tables, configuration

Then you can


• Maintain configuration of items
• Assign contract account
• Assign technical resource
• Redefine values

After submit the order the subscription contract is


created and replicated to FICA and CC
The related subscription order and subscription
contract are displayed here
