TYPE III: CORRELATION BY CONCURRENT DEVIATION METHOD

1. The limitation if the Correlation Co-efficient by concurrent deviation method.

2. For 10 pairs of observation, 4 parts have concurrent signs. Find the Co-efficient.

TYPE IV: SCATTERN DIAGRAM

It is a diagrammatic or Graphical Representation of pair of given values(𝑥, 𝑦). From the diagram, we
can find whether the plotted point takes the shape of straight line or curve.

If the shape is straight line then the Correlation is Linear.

PROBABLE ERROR AND STANDARD ERROR:

f) Limit of population Co-Efficient Correlation is
