• Location of the FLAGPOLE shall be the reference point.
• The School Head may use device/s such as mobile phones, smartphones
(iOS or android phones), tablets, or laptops in opening the Google Maps
in identifying the longitude and latitude of the school to ensure accuracy
of the information or data.

Using the smartphones / tablets:
1. Turn on the GPS on your device.

2. Open the Google Maps application.
3. Navigate the place you want to find the coordinates. You can scroll and
zoom to locate it.
4. Tap and hold on the specific location. A red pin will appear on the
determined location.
5. The coordinates will appear on the search bar then copy or screenshot the
coordinates.

Select 2022, May 06 in the Cut-off Date of Encoding Column

Click Proceed to Building Encoding

Click Update School Coordinates

How to Find School Coordinates (Latitude and
Longitude) using Google Maps
Right click on the flag pole location then click the coordinates
Open Google Maps and search your School, (first option) then paste in Word, the first coordinate is the
then find the location of your flag pole latitude and the second is the longitude

Click Update School Coordinates

Click Add Water and Sanitation to encode the details of the next Building

Select the building name and fill out the Water and Sanitation
data then click save

After encoding the Existing Furniture, Click TLS and Makeshift Rooms

Click Add TLS and Makeshift Room

Encode the Number of Temporary Learning Space/s (TLS) and
Makeshift Rooms, if none, just type 0 then save

After encoding the TLS and Makeshift, Click Access to the School Tab

Click Edit to Modify answer
(No is the default answer)

Tick the applicable answer,
then Click Save

Click to Edit
After encoding the Access to the

School, Click Other Facilities Tab

Click Edit to Modify answer (No is the default answer)
Tick the Applicable Answer, then click Save
After finished encoding, you must review and submit

In the Action Column, Click Submit
Click Ok to submit for Validation
