LEASE TERM Twenty-Five (25) years RENT FREE ‘Six (6) months or earlier (start of commercial operations) from the turnover of the CONSTRUCTION | LESSOR and acceptance of the LESSEE, Free of rent. PERIOD TURNOVER DATE | On or before September 30, 2022 Condition/s ~ Prior to Actual and Physical Turnover of the leased premises by the LESSOR to the LESSEE, the latter shall accept in writing the Leased Premises only if LESSOR shall have met the following basic conditions 4, LESSOR shall physically turn over the Leased Premises to the LESSEE | not later than the Tumover Date.
