ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO DEL SUR FOR THEIR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ON-THE-JOB TRAINING WHEREAS, Polytechnic College of Davao Del Sur is an educational institution offering Senior High School in consonance with the DepEd K to 12 Basic Education Reform Program which aims to ensure that graduates of basic education are ready for employment , entrepreneurship and higher learning; WHEREAS, said institution, in compliance with Republic Act 10533, otherwise known as “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013” of the K-12 Program of the Department of Education specifically for the Senior High School Curriculum, there is a eed to engage the senior high school students in work immersion or on-the-job training; WHEREAS, the same institution trains their students in various skills and if these students are given a chance to experience work in the various departments of the city hall, they can be of great help to the Local Government Unit of this city as far as computer office works are concerned, and at the same time, this will enhance on-the- job trainees’ learning through planned career experiences in an actual work setting; WHEREAS, Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur proposes a tie-up with the City Government of Digos via a Memorandum of Agreement for their Senior High School work immersion or on-the-job training with the request that their student-trainees from the institution be accommodated in various offices of the LGU for the said on-the-job training. qTee (Res.
