There is a saying goes “In every beginning there is always an end” but I want to change this saying to “
For every ending there is always a beginning, A new path and new beginning

In-service trainings are reminders to us teachers that the process of learning never really stops. Thus, it
is important to attend these events with an open mind an open heart – an acknowledgment that there
are things we are yet to know about.

In the first and second day of INSET the topics are very important. It’s really true that as a teacher, there
is a need to craft a contextualized learning materials to better serve our learner’s individual abilities

Given the shift to online learning, we have to step up and familiarize ourselves with new education
platforms using information and communication technologies. These programs serve as a bridge to
cross the way and reach every Filipino learner. In that manner, we are able to meet the challenge of
performing our duties as teachers despite the pandemic.

The ongoing implementation of blended learning shows that our problems are very basic – lack of stable
Internet access and gadgets to be used.

I should once more praise teachers’ readiness to still rise to the occasion in the face of never-ending
challenges.

Congratulations to the speakers, facilitators and documenters. Your preparation in this 3 day Virtual
INSET is highly appreciated again CONGRATULATIONS for a job well done
