SUBJECT : Attendance Report during the Conduct of Fatigue Duty for

Crame-based Personnel who Incurred Demerits for Minor
Infractions

DATE : June 16, 2022

1. Reference: Memorandum from TCDS dated June 14, 2020 with above
subject.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that PSSg Ely
Kriz B Mabayag and Pat Clad C Abiaron were not able to render their scheduled
fatigue duty on June 4, 2022 for the following reasons:
a. PSSg Mabayag is already assigned in Special Operation Unit 4 of
Maritime Group located in Brgy. Po-ok, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental
effective March 3, 2022 pursuant MG-SO-RA-2022-39. However, to comply
on the said directive, PSSg Mabayag rendered his 2.5 hours fatigue duty on
June 3, 2022 at Camp Gen Martin Teofilo B Delgado, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo
City, Regional Headquarters Support Unit of Police Regional Office 6. (Tab A)

b. Pat Clad C Abiaron was turned over to RSTU 3 located at Camp Julian
Olivas, San Fernando City, Pampanga on May 23, 2022 to undergo the six
months Public Safety Field Training Exercise. (Tab B).
