GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING OFFLINE INTERNAL
PRACTICAL EXAMINATION FOR CLASS XI

Internal Practical examination of class XI shall be conducted through offline mode from
18.12.21 onwards. Therefore, students are required to adhere to the guidelines while appearing
for Offline Internal Practical Examination.

1. Report to school 10 minutes prior to the practical examination for smooth conduct of
Practicals.
2. Keep your practical file/Project file during practical examination.
3. Wear school ID card and school uniform.
4. Wear sports uniform on the day of Physical Education Practical examination.
5. Kindly follow Covid appropriate behaviour during practical days i.e. wear mask at all
times, carry sanitizer and maintain social distancing.
6. A Consent form for the Students of Class XI has been uploaded on the e-Care panel.
Each consent form consists of two sets. You are requested to download, print and fill
both the sets of the form and ensure that your ward submits one set in School to the
respective laboratory incharge and carries the other one to School every day as she
come for the Practicals.
