PROBLEM STATEMENT
The problem statement should be concise, as you now understand it. It is highly advisable that it should not exceed more
than 5 lines.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This section summarizes the overall document, and should include the important highlights from the document. It
should be concise, professional and must stand alone. It is NOT an introduction; it is a summary. It is NOT an index
or table of contents; it is a summary.
The target audience for this section is a person who can appreciate the technology, but is not well-versed in the details
or in the project itself and who wants to read one page to understand an overview of the project.

In order to stand alone, the Executive Summary should not make any reference to other parts of the document.

COMPETITORS/COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
This section will list down all the possible competitors of your product. That is, you need to list down all those
products that are closely related to your product in terms of features, target audience, etc.

OBJECTIVES
Objectives are the final results to be achieved after the completion of your project.

The main objective of the proposed advocate management system is to develop an alternative to
the regular and traditional filing system to assist the advocates and clients in performing their tasks
in a decent fashion (easily), The main objective is to manage their docs, their daily routine, their
interaction with clients, payments in client service portal in one system.
Client can easily find their desired lawyer on the basis of their rating also with legal advice and
senior consultancy.

MOTIVATION

FEATURES OF PROJECT
Detailed functionality of each feature.
 Client Management:

After safe login client client can pick his/her desired lawyer(advocate)
according to his/ her need and problem statement. If he /she can’t
understand his / her problem he /she should be refer to senior
consultancy /legal advice.

 Case Management:

No worries for the client and advocates as all information regarding their
case is present online to assist them.

 Document Management:

All submitted and required/demanding documents can be placed in a


module so can be accessed easily for both parties.

 Task Management:

Progress of each task is measured and displayed for clients in this module for
understanding and assurance.

 Billing & Invoicing:

All billing information as per decided by both of the parties is present is


managed separately in the application. And the invoice is generated
according to billed info.

 Inventory Management:

Here is all books and files of lawyers are managed and important laws
required to study for clients all are managed using a separate module.

PROJECT PLAN
This section describes how the project will be managed, including a detailed plan with milestones. Specific items to
include in this section are as follows:
 Division of responsibilities and duties among team members.
 Timeline with milestones: Gantt chart in Microsoft project 2013. The following are required elements of
your Gantt chart:
o Project duration is from the date your project is enrolled to the completion date:
o Each milestone is to be labeled with a title.
o Schedule all tasks not just “Design” or “Testing.” Break this schedule down to specific
assignments.
o Each task is to be labeled with a title and person or persons assigned to the task.
o Subdivide larger items so that no task is longer than about one week
o Link tasks which are dependent on the completion of a previous task.

Give references to the resources you have consulted in finalizing your project topic.
