Question 1 (100

You are the manager of a large team of marketing consultants. Due to a pandemic, your
team no longer work in a central location and instead are working remotely. You have
noticed that morale in the team and motivation have both decreased since the change. This
has started to impact client satisfaction through lower productivity and quality of work, so
you are keen to improve the situation as soon as possible.

Explain and apply TWO theories of motivation and how you would use them to address the
problems of low morale, productivity, and work quality.

suitable? With specific reference to at least two models of analysis, what characteristics
would you be looking for to make a clear recommendation to the CEO?
