INTRODUCTION

Human Resources Management is the administrative process applied to the


increase and conservation of effort, experiences, health, knowledge, skills, etc., of
the members of the organization, for the benefit of the individual, the organization
itself and the country in general.

It is the process of helping employees TO achieve a level of performance and a


quality of personal and social behavior that meets their needs.

In this work we will make an introduction to the Administration of human resources;


and the steps with which it is carried out within the organizations; in order to
recognize the importance that it currently has, and to know to a certain extent the
complexity that its execution could have in organizations, and the degree of
planning that it requires.

ANTECEDENTS

Specially arising from the growth and complexity of organizational tasks, dating
back to the early twentieth century under the name of Industrial Relations, after the
great impact of the Industrial Revolution.

Industrial changed radically and underwent a major expansion, becoming, around


the 1950s, to be called Personnel Administration.

Shortly thereafter, around the 1960s, the concept was broadened again. People
came to be considered essential resources for organizational success, and they
were the only living and intelligent resources that companies had to face
challenges.

At present, with the arrival of the third millennium, the globalization of the economy
and strong world competition, there is a certain tendency in successful companies
not to manage people or human resources, but to manage with people, who are
seen as agents. active and proactive.
GENERAL PURPOSE

The human resources department is responsible for managing the organization's


human resources. Therefore, it is made up of a group of people who are organized
in the company to achieve the following objectives: Select and train the people the
company needs. Also, provide workers with the necessary means so that they can
carry out their work and try to get the worker to satisfy their needs.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

1.-Human Resources Planning:

One of the first tasks to be carried out is to specify an HR plan in the company.

2.-Recruitment and Selection of personnel:

When a vacancy needs to be filled, specialists take care of the entire talent
attraction process.

3.-Training of Collaborators:

Based on the evaluations, it is possible to identify training needs, courses,


coaching or training in skills less mastered by the organization's collaborators.

4.- Performance Evaluations:

Detecting the successes and opportunities for improvement is another of the tasks
of the area. This allows evaluating people and work teams in terms of their
performance in relation to the job they perform.

5.- Climate and job satisfaction:

An important activity for Human Resources is to ensure that the company has a
favorable and comfortable work environment for everyone.
JUSTIFICATION

Currently, companies seek to manage their personnel in an efficient and effective


way, with the desire to achieve organizational objectives through the description of
the procedures for recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training, evaluation and
remuneration of personnel and identifying the elements each.

The need to get a new staff is taken into account new demands, requirements of
the environment and companies to carry out greater productivity through the
recruitment process.

Therefore, when the recruitment process is carried out properly, there will be a
capital that, because of what you like or what you like in the work environment, will
be reflected in your work performance.

DEVELOPMENT

Human resource management is the technique of organizing the staff that


integrates a company in order to recruit, order, motivate, redistribute and train it, to
improve its efficiency by feeling part of the enterprise that it integrates, and that
through the company that is a little yours, you will find the satisfaction of your
personal goals

WHAT DOES THE HUMAN RESOURCES AREA DO?

ADVANTAGE

DISADVANTAGE

 Saturation of applications, generating a large amount of job demand.


 Loss of human contact.
 Some employment sites are not as efficient in filtering candidates, making it
difficult for the recruiter.

OPINIONS

Human resources are a vital part to achieve the objectives and purposes of the
organization, so it is important to manage them correctly so that the human factor
always feels comfortable and safe.
The area of human resources in a company is of vital importance since it is the
management of all the information and decisions that can be made for the benefit
of the company.
We can conclude that the success of any organization depends on the effort and
abilities of its staff to coordinate, plan, develop, etc., its staff, so that, as a team, the
objectives of the organization can be met.

CONCLUSION
Regarding the information provided, we can conclude that the HR Administration
seeks to integrate human resources with the company's production process,
making the latter more effective as a result of the selection and hiring of the best
available talents based on the exercise of a excellent work of these.
