R CIRCLE

R circle originated from the ideology that time demands fresh contributions from
those who critically analyse existing opportunities to create new openings. It
inculcates and nourishes a sense of earnest interest in research, among students
right from their UG/PG courses. It aims to create a student culture rooted in
discursive advanced knowledge and opportunities by receiving the academic
support of 'Research India', a YES Indian researchers organization working through
various top institutes at the National and International levels. As part of the
preparation strategy, R Circle organises online study circles and residential
camps. The project aspires for Conferences, Seminars and Journals held
at the national and international fronts. R Circle and 'Research India' collectively
provide moral support and strength to students to undertake research as a career.

EXPLORE INDIA
The motto of Explore India is that education should never be restricted to the four walls of a room. This
project gains its importance on the current situation where students are occluded from experiencing the
campus of prestigious institutions in India.
This project introduces various premier institutes and provides an opportunity to interact with the faculties
and students from such institutes. Explore India exposes students to the best universities in the country
and helps them to know more about the subject and to realize their interests and goals.
During these hard times of the pandemic, Explore India provides students with a wide range of
opportunities through digital platforms. As a head start, Explore India is planning to conduct virtual tours
across India. As part of this, the "A night through India" Program was inaugurated at the All India YES
Online Festival in the presence of natives from different states who are students at reputed Institutions in
India.

A platform where the underprivileged sections have their say, where they learn
to order their lives, love others, build careers and to act for their common good.
That is YES India.

YES INDIA
AKSHARASAMUDRAM
Coastal areas are generally economically backward and one of the most
neglected domains of the country. Aksharasamudram program launched in 2015,
makes a pathway to the coastal community in the field of education. The project
intends to help students from classes 7 to 12 to pass their exams with flying colours
and pursue higher studies based on their interests and passion. Under this project,
students get proper guidance, mentoring and training sessions. It also extends
educational awareness classes for parents in the coastal area. YES India has
successfully implemented the Aksharasamudram programme in the coastal areas
of Kozhikode and Malappuram so far. It supports many children who come from
families that are socially, educationally and economically backward.
EXCEL INDIA
Even though the Central Government has come up with many Higher Educational
Institutions and Learning Centres, most of the students are unaware of it.
In order to solve the problem, YES India started a venture to identify talented
undergraduate students and to give them information about premiere institutes.
Moreover, the interested students are given proper guidance and coaching to
crack the Entrance Examination for Post Graduate courses. It also paves the way to
interact with the students from these premiere institutes and learn from them the
academic and cultural atmosphere of the colleges.
EXCEL INDIA JUNIOR
Is it fair to just focus on only the undergraduate or graduate students of our
country?
Of course not. Digging deep into the roots of the educational structure, it is most
important to make the school-going students aware of the world and opportunities
around them and the way to grab them. Coaching institutes, courses offered,
Internships and Job opportunities are made available to them,
thus providing a smooth academic progression.
LEADERSHIP INDIA
Leadership India is a platform to create vibrant young leaders. It mainly aims to
train students across the country, preparing them to face challenges, extend
value-oriented education and much more which can contribute towards the
betterment of the personality of the student.
The students are given constant training to develop their leadership skills, thus
empowering them with courage and the ability to lead the nation forward.
YES INDIA
HR INDIA
HR India is a program organised by YES India, which brings enlightened citizens
the welfare of the society. It aims to develop soft skills such as communication
skills, organisation skills, management skills, teamwork, adaptability, problem-
solving skills, punctuality, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship, self-
confidence and self-motivation, emotional awareness and innovation among
the youth.
HR India conducts the above-mentioned courses practical sessions and
training camps offline and online. A panel of three-member committee
proposes the courses and events under the supervision of an efficient and
talented director.
PERICULUM
Periculum is the monthly educational magazine published by YES India. The
magazine mainly sneaks into all the relevant matters, important days and
events. It gives the students a chance to share their views on current issues
and is a platform for creative ideas.
This magazine functions as an update to career and academic notifications.
One's contributions and occurrences in YES India is also published as articles
under "YES ENNILOODE". Moreover, it is the hard work of the students which is
behind the content creation, editing, designing and all other background
activities included in publishing a magazine.
PEER CAREER GUIDANCE
Peer Career Guidance (PCG), as the name suggests is related to the
important part of a student's life which is Career.
Selected students from different Colleges/Universities are given career
guidance classes. The students in turn share the important information
with their peers, thus making the majority aware of the career
opportunities around them.
All Kerala Career Quiz is conducted intending to educate students in the
career field in memory of Dr. K. M. Aboobakar, Former Chief Scientist,
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and Former Chief Patron of YES India.
The WhatsApp group - Career News is formed to share relevant news and
information related to internships, job opportunities etc.
CS FOCUS
In 2011, CS Focus was formed to fulfil the Civil Service dream of aspirants.
Faculty members conduct discussion sessions and mock tests. The students are given the
opportunity to interact with the Civil Servants, helping them understand the efforts behind cracking
the examination. In 2015-'16, when more than 25 students qualified for the CSE under the roof of CS
Focus, the project achieved its success.
