from Vice Chancellor
Greetings !

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the ICFAI Foundation for Higher
Education (IFHE) declared as a Deemed-to-be University established under section
3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
IFHE is a premier educational institution in Telangana State which is accredited
by NAAC with ‘A+’ grade. It is dedicated to the cause of teaching and research
of global standards. IFHE offers programs in Management, Science & Technology,
Engineering, Architecture, Law and Economics at undergraduate, postgraduate
and doctoral levels. The students are from all parts of India. In fact, there is a mini
India on the campus. The University has a student strength of about 6,000 and a
faculty strength of over 250.
We envision to develop a new cadre of professionals who will not only command
high level of domain proficiency but also have the ability to integrate activities for
developing scientific and technological solutions and work standards. It has evolved
a comprehensive student centric learning approach consisting of several stages,
designed to add significant value to the learner’s understanding in an integrated
manner, covering relevant knowledge, practical skills and positive attitudes.
The quality of the programs offered at the University is ensured by the following

Greetings!
Legal education plays a significant role in promoting social justice and in carving
out next generation lawyers. Every legal professional has multi-dimensional facets
in the society as a policy maker, business advisor, negotiator, litigation professional,
mediator and law professional. Horizons of legal education has spread with limitless
boundaries warranting continuous learning. In the present era of information,
knowledge capitalism, economic liberalization and globalization, the legal profession
has acquired importance and relevance to resolve and provide solutions for business
and governance complexities.
The ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad a constituent of ICFAI Foundation for Higher
Education, since its inception has an agenda of imparting quality legal education
and shape the legal professionals with excellence to cater to the needs of various
constituents of the society.The ICFAI Law School has taken utmost care in designing
the curriculum and evaluation components to keep pace with the fast-changing times
and demands of the industry and profession.
Further, the ICFAI Law School has premeditated innovative teaching methods and

Pioneering professional education for over 30 years
ICFAI was established in 1984 as a not-for-profit society
with the broad objective of empowering citizens through
world class quality education. The Institute announced its
arrival into the Indian education fora by launching a high
end, innovative professional program in financial analysis in
1985. The Program was first-of-its-kind in India, aimed at
equipping students and working professionals with cutting-
edge knowledge in contemporary areas of finance. Since
its establishment, ICFAI Group has made a significant mark
in the Indian educational field with a pan-Indian network
and presence.
Innovation has been the mainstay of ICFAI Group with

Subsequently, there was a big leap when ICFAI Group

Founder’s Profile
Mr. N. J. Yasaswy (1950-2011), founder of the ICFAI Group of educational institutions and a pioneer in promoting
higher education in the private sector had a brilliant academic career: B.Com (Andhra University 1969 – First
Rank), CA Inter (May 1971 – First Rank), CA Final (May 1973 – First Rank), ICWA Inter (July 1970 – First
Rank) and ICWA Final (July 1972 – First Rank). He was the recipient of the Basu Foundation Award for the Best
Student of the Year from both – The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (in 1972) and The Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India (in 1973).
During 1974-1980, Mr. Yasaswy was associated with the Administrative Staff College of India as a Faculty
Member. In 1981, he started his consultancy firm, Yasaswy Management Association (P) Limited. Hyderabad.
Mr. Yasaswy was appointed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as Chairman, Andhra Pradesh State Trading
Corporation (1985–88), and Vice-Chairman, Public Enterprises Management Board (1986–88). He was a
visiting faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (1986-88) and was nominated as
a Member on the SEBI Committee on Accounting Standards. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the
Association of Certified International Investment Analysts (ACIIA), Switzerland. He authored several books on
finance and investments.
Mr. Yasaswy set up the ICFAI as a single institute in 1985 without governmental sops or institutional funding, in
an era where government support was the norm. He chose to spend all his energy on the fledgling institution which
N J Yasaswy over the years grew to become a monument to what ambition can deliver. He was instrumental in building several
(1950-2011) business schools and universities in the developing states of India, particularly in the North-East region. He stood
for professional management, excellence in the quality of education offered in the ICFAI institutions, and absolute
discipline.
He was charismatic, a great teacher, an institution builder, a visionary and a genius who was years ahead of his time.
His vision will continue to guide ICFAI forever.

 The BBA-LLB (Hons.) Program
The ICFAI Law School, offers 5 year Integrated BBA-LLB (Hons.) Program. The students will get an in-depth knowledge in law along
with a detailed understanding of various management functions. The Program consists of 56 courses in law and management, 6 law
electives and 8 law Honors courses. There are 5 legal internships, one at the end of each year.

Eligibility: Pass in Class XII or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and above marks in single attempt (any discipline) in English
medium. Class XII (or equivalent) students who appeared for their final examinations before July 01, 2021 and awaiting results are
also eligible to apply.
• Should have qualified in ILSAT 2021 conducted by ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad
Age: Age should not be more than 21 years as on the date of admission. However, the changes if any made to age limitation by
the Bar Council of India from time to time will be followed.

The BA-LLB (Hons.) Program

The ICFAI Law School offer 5 year Integrated BA-LLB

(Hons.) Program. Students apart from getting enriched
with law subjects are also exposed to various Arts
disciplines. The Program consists of 56 courses in law
and arts, 6 law electives and 8 law Honors courses.
There are 5 legal internships, one at the end of each
year.
Eligibility:
• Pass in Class XII or equivalent with an aggregate
of 50% and above marks in single attempt (any
discipline) in English medium. Class XII (or

The Center of Postgraduate Legal Studies
The ICFAI Law School has launched the ‘Centre of Postgraduate Legal Studies’ with an objective of offering one year full
time LLM programs to facilitate law graduates to pursue LLM and Research in ICFAI Law School.
The Center of Postgraduate Legal Studies, offers one year LLM Programs in semester mode in accordance with the
guidelines of UGC. The program helps in enhancing the knowledge base of the students in academics, professional
understanding and readiness to face the challenges of the corporate world.

Commercial Laws
The program is a blend of theoretical and practical
learning, provides wider horizons of corporate and
commercial laws. Students joining the program shall have
the unique experience of innovative teaching methods

LLM in Tax Laws

The Program is a practice oriented one which provides
inputs in the area of taxation. The students joining the
program shall have a comprehensive understanding of
litigation procedures, relating to taxation.

LLM (Alternative Dispute

Resolution)
The program is intended to provide theoretical and

into mediation/negotiation/arbitration professionals and
undertake focused practice and enable them to join any

 The Ph.D. Program
(Full-time & Part-time)

The ICFAI Law School offers both full time and part time research program
(Ph.D) in Law.
Full Time Ph.D. Program: Candidates registered for full time research shall work
and conduct research on a full time basis under a recognized research supervisor. The
duration of Ph.D. course for a full time research scholar is four (4) years from the date
of admission. Full time Ph.D. scholars will be provided with hostel accommodation as
per the terms of the University.
Part Time Ph.D. Program: Candidates registered as part time research scholars shall
work and conduct research for four (4) years under a recognized supervisor. Candidates
seeking admission as part time research scholars have to submit no objection certificate
from the employer to pursue Ph.D. Course and also during summer term for attending
classes of Ph.D. course work conducted in two spells in the first two years of the program.

Eligibility
• A candidate is eligible for admission into Ph.D. program both full time/part time if
he/she obtained not less than 55% marks at the Post Graduate Degree in Law in
regular study mode from a recognized University.
The following candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria are eligible for admission into
part time Ph.D. Program:
• Regular teachers working in University Law Colleges or affiliated Law Colleges with
a minimum of three years continuous teaching experience.
• Practicing Advocates with a minimum of 5 years professional experience.
• Judicial Officers with a minimum of 5 years experience. Retired Judicial Officers are
also eligible to pursue Ph.D. Program in Law.
• Any Gazetted Officer with a minimum of 8 years of administrative experience.
• Any Executive with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in any
recognized Law Firm/ Tax Consultants/ Public or Private Limited Company/ Company
Secretaries/ LLP.

Ph.D. Eligibility Test: Admission into Ph.D. full time/ part time program
in Law shall be through Ph.D. eligibility test followed by Ph.D. admission interview. All
the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria shall appear for the Ph.D. eligibility test.
The candidates who are qualified in UGC/ JRF examination/NET/SLET are exempted
from appearing Ph.D. eligibility test.

Pattern of Ph.D. Eligibility Test: The eligibility test is of

objective type with multiple choice questions covering the subjects of Constitutional
Law, Indian Penal Code, Law of Torts, Corporate Law, Labour Law and Jurisprudence.
Syllabus for eligibility test on the above subjects will be given along with the application
form. Duration of the test is of 2 hours. The minimum marks for qualifying the Ph.D.
eligibility test shall be 50%.

Ph.D. Admission Interview: Candidates who have qualified in

the Ph.D. eligibility test shall be called for Ph.D. Admission Interview. After the Ph.D.
Admission Interview the list of eligible candidates for registration for full time and part
time Ph.D. program will be finalized.

Research Fellowships: Limited University sponsored research

fellowships are available for full time research scholars which will be awarded on the
basis of merit.

 Choice Based Credit System
The ICFAI Law School has student centric approach in
designing the curriculum of its five years integrated law
program. The program is blend of theory and practice with
an option for student to select the electives of their choice
among the alternatives.Thus, it prompts the student to select
the courses of their choices from a pool of courses of business
laws, constitutional law, international law, intellectual property
laws and other law courses and management courses. It
offers few courses in foreign languages to make the student
flexible to undertake work/practice belonging to that country.
These selected courses provides the extended skill-sets
and advanced knowledge base. Professional enhancement
courses like legal drafting, ADR Clinics, Legal Aid Projects are
compulsory courses which enhance lawyering and advocacy
skill sets.

 Self-Study/Seminar Courses:
The ICFAI Law School is offering Self-study and Seminar
courses to its students. Every student, in addition to the
regular courses of the program, may opt for one or two
Self study courses during a semester which are Non-
Letter Graded courses.The Student during his/her tenure
in the law school, may elect one or two courses from
the list of the courses provided by the law school.There
will not be any regular class work for the said courses.
However, a Faculty will be allocated for the courses, the
student may consult the said faculty for guidance for
completing the course. The student is required to give
two seminar presentations for the course to a panel of
experts for evaluation of the study of the course and for
allotting the Non-Letter Grade to the students which will
be reflected on the Grade Sheet issued by the University.
The Self study /Seminar Course help the students
for better credits, augmentation of the focused and
specialized knowledge, helps in self-learning process
which is a core skill for a accomplished lawyers. Students
also can exercise the independent thinking ability which
is very important in study. Self study activity is more
effective than the teaching by others. Self-study and

conducted at following test centres in India. The applicants are not required to take the test. ILSAT 2021 is a self-directed
can choose any one of the test centres available for ILSAT Computer Based Test.

 Merit Scholarships

The ICFAI Law School, IFHE offers Merit Scholarships based on the percentage of marks in Class XII or
equivalent and semester-wise performance for BBA-LLB (Hons) and BA-LLB (Hons) Programs.

A. Merit Scholarships based on past academic record: Percentage achieved in qualifying examination
(Class XII or its equivalent). Scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the
minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are presented in the following table.

Bank Loans: Several public and private sector banks provide educational loans to students.Applicants seeking
educational loans are required to approach the respective bank branches. The Financial Aid Cell at IFHE

The ICFAI Law School proposes to present “NJ Yasaswy Gold Medal”, a merit certificate and a cash prize
of `20,000 to first rank student graduating every year in the 5 year Law Program.

Corporate Law
The Centre for Excellence in Commercial and Corporate Law (Centre) is
established on 2nd January 2019 with an objective to provide comprehensive
and holistic knowledge (theoretical and practical) of laws governing
corporate and governance and other core courses such as Company Law,
Law of Securities and Investment Corporate Governance and Business Ethics,
Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Insurance Law, Law and Economics,
Law of Carriage Transportation and Insurance, etc.The centre has organized

 Centre for Excellence in
Environmental Law
The Centre for Excellence in Environmental Law
is established in December 2018 with an objective
to promote the advocacy in the environmental
protection and bring awareness among the students
of schools of nearby villages about the solid waste
management to suit spirit of the ‘Swatch Bharat
Abhiyan’ of the Government of India.The Centre has
encouraged the students to form a club, ‘GAIA’. The
centre along with the GAIA has arranged awareness
camps at the high schools of nearby villages about the
‘Swatchata’, aforestation, solid-waste management
and undertaken the programs as part of the
swatchata programs at Government Hospital, Market
yards, railway station and government offices in the
Shankarapally town. The Centre has conducted the
Poster making competitions, quiz competitions and
essay writing competitions to the students of high
school in Maharajapuram, Prodhutur and Jhanwada
villages. It has undertaken the cleaning of leftovers
near the Movie Towers after the Kite Festival in
the month of January, 2020. Centre jointly with
GAIA released e News Letter during the Month of
December 2019. Centre distributed ‘Paper disposal
bins’ for washrooms in the law school and trained
the students of high schools of nearby villages in
making of paper disposal bins. Collaborated with an
NGO named Yuvatha in the Mission-B (Books) and
distributed the books to the students. Centre jointly
with Bella India Health Care Pharmaceuticals for
distribution of sanitary napkins for School children.
Centre for Cyber Law and
Data Protection Law
The Centre for Cyber Law and Data Protection Law
is established in the year 2019 with an objective to
enhance the awareness about the ever-increasing
cyber crimes in the society and provide inputs to the
students and general public about safe and efficient
handling of the social media. It also provides inputs
to secure the use of internet, mobile phones and
confidential information. During the Academic year
2019-20, the Centre has arranged the guest lecturers
to the students on the importance of cyber security
and data privacy, use of internet against the girls
students and precautions to be taken, arranged a
quiz competition for the students of law school on
cyber law and data protection. Along with the BMS

Legal, New Delhi, arranged a workshop on the data protection.
Research was undertaken by a team of students of law school
and submitted recommendations to the Select Committee of
Parliament for suggesting changes to improve the ‘Data Protection
Bill 2019 pending before the Parliament’. Enter MoU with the
‘Cyber Security Centre of Excellence’ a joint venture of the
Data Security Council of India and Government of Telangana.
In order to accomplish the objectives and promote the cyber
law and data protection laws among the students, introduced a
specialised honours stream in Cyber Law and Data Protection
Laws in the final year of the Law programs with 8 electives from
the academic year, 2020-21.
Centre for Excellence in IPR
The Center for Excellence in IPR is established at ICFAI Law
School, Hyderabad to promote protection of innovations and
awareness in the field of intellectual property rights. The centre
is dedicated to impart IP education and training to students,
academicians and professionals across the country. The centre
also promotes interdisciplinary research in the area of intellectual
property law, science, technology, arts and economics.The centre
provides consultancy services to the innovator, creators and
entrepreneurs on the filing, registration, protection, management
and infringement of intellectual property rights.The IPR Cell of the
Centre takes the responsibility of fostering the IPR culture among
the stakeholders of the IFHE and strive to protect the IP created
by the IFHE in general and Innovation Cell in specific.The centre
also regularly organizes conferences, seminars and webinars
to spread IP awareness among the students, academicians and
professionals. The Centre has organized the following events
during this academic year.
• A session in online FDP was conducted on the topic “Litigation
in IPR” by Mr Ashok Ram Kumar Advocate, High Court of
Telangana on 10th May, 2020.
• Mr. Dilip Sharma presented a paper titled - Artificial
Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights: Issues and
Road Ahead at 5th Asian IP Works-in-Progress Conference,
City University of Hong Kong (9-10 January, 2020) and was
honoured with the prestigious ‘Young Asian IP Scholar Award,
2020’ and was granted a scholarship of 580 SGD.
• Mr. Dilip Sharma presented a paper titled “Revisiting
Intellectual Property Paradigm in the Era of Artificial
Intelligence” at the Second IP & Innovation Researchers of
Asia (IPIRA) Conference held at Faculty of Law, University of
Indonesia on 27 - 29 Feb, 2020 and was granted a Scholarship
of 1000 Swiss Francs by the World Intellectual Property
Organisation (WIPO).

Delhi on the topic - ‘IPR and IP management for innovation
and start-up’ (28th February 2020).

Centre for Excellence in Criminal
Law
The Centre for Excellence in Criminal Law is established
with an objective to contribute to the field of criminal
law literature and to organize conferences, seminars and
workshops, webinars, symposium, expert lectures on various
contemporary and emerging issues of the Criminal Law.
The centre endeavours to coordinate and collaborate with
various departments concerned with the criminal law such as
Police and Police Administration, Forensic Science Labs and
sensitize the students, professionals and other stakeholders
regarding emerging trends in criminal law. The Centre has
initiated negotiations with the centres of eminence such as
Gujarat Forensic Science University,Telangana State Forensic
Lab to establish a Forensic Lab at the law school to train
the students and professionals. . The centre attempted to
organise a two-day national conference on “Correctional
Reforms: Novel Vistas” in collaboration with Academy of
Prisons and Correctional Administration,Vellore and Institute
of Correctional Administration, Chandigarh, which was
scheduled on April 10, 2020.The centre organised webinars on

COVID-19’ on June 15, 2020,

The learning at ICFAI Law School is multi-dimensional in addition

The ICFAI Law School has a unique and innovative approach to

and application of law. Learning at ICFAI Law School aims to

Internships
The internships form an important component of law education at
ICFAI Law School. It is an attempt to bridge the gap between the
professional world and academic institutions. Internship introduces
students to real-life situations. Students are encouraged to take
up assignments, which are multi-disciplinary, goal-oriented, time
bound and involve teamwork. Students of BBA-LLB (Hons.)/BA-
LLB (Hons.) Program undertake the internship program at the
end of each year during the summer holidays. The students are
sent to the law firms, corporates, advocates offices of judges of
the High Courts and Supreme Court, NGOs, Consumer Courts,
etc., to gain practical knowledge.

The students are taken to various courts like High Court,
Civil Court, Criminal Court, Family Court and Tribunals,
accompanied by the Faculty to enable them to observe

invited for guest lectures wherein students get to understand
the applications of various laws and management concepts and

Mentoring Process
ICFAI Law School implements mentoring process to help new
students joining the law program. The students are divided into
groups. Each group will be mentored by one faculty member
from the ICFAI Law School. The process is aimed at helping the
students to come out of their academic & non-academic problems
and streamline their inherent skills towards gearing up for the
best career options.
Career Guidance Cell
Career Guidance Cell is one of the vital organs of the ICFAI
Law School Hyderabad. It is an ambitious initiative made with an
ultimate objective to provide effective 360 degree learning of 21st
century skill sets. It is aimed to enhancing the soft-skills training
such as the written and oral communication skills through group
discussions, seminars, debate competitions, argumentative skills,
advocacy & lawyering skills with the help of intra college and inter
college Moot Court competitions, legal aid programs.The retired
High Court and Dist. Court judges, senior advocates and retired
professors of law help the students in attaining their objectives.
Students also taught in para-legal activities so that they can file
their suits in the court without depending upon the law clerks.
The Career Guidance Cell in addition to the sharpening the skill
sets, assist the students in placements, identifying the advocates
for the internship, providing special coaching for the Judicial
examinations, company secretary examinations, other public
service competitive examinations.
The Career Guidance Cell also help the students who wish to
pursue higher studies in law either in India or abroad like UK
and US.
The students may register with the Career Guidance Cell for
their need and to achieve their target professional growth.

Student Clubs
Moot Court Society:
Moot Court Society is a spinal cord of clinical education
in law as it provides practical learning and on-job training.
The Moot court society conducts competitions and selects
the team of students. The wining team will be directed to
participate in National / International Level Moot Court
Competitions being organized by various Law Schools /
Universities. It will be a platform for 360º learning of 21st
century skillsets required for new generation lawyers who
take challenges of complicated or composite nature of
litigations cropping up in the current socio-legal and political
environment.

The Shri NJY Memorial Moot Court

Competition:
In order to instil professional skill-sets into the students,
Moot court simulations play a vital role. Mooting improves
the argumentative and researching skills and court craft
which is very much required for the excellence in legal
profession.
The ICFAI Law School has organised Moot Court

Level in the name of our Founder visionary Shri N J Yasaswy

ADR Club:
In the present contemporary legal profession the alternative dispute resolution techniques have gained its unquestionable
strata in providing quicker justice to the public in need. Considering the above fact the ICFAI Law School has initiated an
ADR club being operated by the students under the guidance of a senior faculty to instill soft and hard skills. The ADR
club promotes training in the fastest resolution methods in place of litigation and embodies various initiatives such as
Client Counselling, Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation skills and Online Dispute Resolution methods, which helps the
students to improve the communication and oratory skills by conducting intra and inter University ADR competitions.
Our students have won good number of National competitions and laid a path for success of forth coming students.
Debate Society (Vox Populi): One of the important skills, required for of an Advocate is the skill of analysis of critical socio
legal issues and preparing note and make presentation to the audience with his/her impressive debating skills.The Debate
society of ICFAI Law School designed a specific program with a title ‘Vox - Populi’ and organized national level Asian
Parliamentary Debate program for last few years. It is an unforgettable experience for the student and an opportunity
for enriching the argumentative skillset. The past experience reveals that the students can learn and practice more legal
debating techniques through this format.

LEXKNOT
The ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad successfully conducted
annual LexKnot event from 2017 to 2020 which witnessed a
participation of over 1200 students from around 40 colleges in
the country. LexKnot is an artisan platform, which designed to
inculcate multi-dimensional learning and to carve the present
legal aspirants to legal professionals of the 21st century. It has
a bunch of events, which are student-centric and develops
healthy bonding among students, teachers, professionals,
corporates and judiciary with a socio-political legal interface.
This bonding is ceaseless and creates a concrete pathway for
the career and academic endeavours.This event emits the light
of various traits of legal profession that represents specific
skill sets such as articulation, research, advocacy, personality
etc. This annual Law festival comprises various events and

Environmental Club:
The ICFAI Law School respects the nature
and believes that human kind is a trustee of
the mother earth, and also believes protection
of environment is a fundamental duty of the
citizen. As a part of social responsibility, the law
school has established an environmental club to
inculcate the habit of keeping the surroundings
clean, to promote the concept of Swatch Bharat,
it has undertaken various activities of training the
students such as waste management, educating
the society about cleanliness and use of
renewable energy etc., the club has undertaken
various initiatives in the direction of “clean
and green campus” model. The students also
designed an eco-friendly dustbin with the help
of waste paper material.

A Lawyer requires articulation and effective communication. In
order to instill the soft skills of communication (oral and written)
and supplement the existing core subjects of law, the ICFAI Law
School has framed a Literacy Club. The Club train the students
by for elocution, Essay writing, Quiz, Comprehension and precise
writing. The story telling, skit writing, poster making and some
of the activities associated with the literary club. The students
intended to take part in these activities are supported by a
faculty in charge and also group of students involved voluntarily.
Student Editorial Committee:
The students of ICFAI Law School have come up with novel
idea of online bi-monthly magazine with a title ‘THE STUDENT’
The online magazine is totally managed and edited by the group
of committed students having formed the Editorial Board, they
have so far in the last ten months 6 online issues of the student
magazine released. It has given a platform for the students
to show their talents in photography, poetry, interview skills
on contemporary issues, summary notes, legal updates, event
reporting, legal maxims, and few others.
Mirakhi (Cultural Club):
The ‘Mirakhi’ a vibrant cultural club constituted to cull out the
skills of acting, dancing, singing, mimicry, mime, mono action and

refresh and rejuvenate their energies as a part of LEX KNOT.

Legal Aid Society:

The Legal Aid clinics are the well-recognised tools to
impart clinical legal education (practical teaching) to the
students of law. The Legal Aid Society of ICFAI Law School
has identified the need of the practical learning through
legal aid programs to make the students more efficient and
effective. The society has identified important areas of law
where the students are required to educate the member
of the society. The students are divided in to groups and
each group will enlighten the public and also work against
a social evils such as child labour, child marriage, dowry
and child abuses and enlightens the prisoners, consumers,

The ICFAI Law School Hyderabad as a part of its Educational
activity has established debating Society –“Vox Populi” for
nurturing best advocacy skills in students .The Debate

Advocates provide the advise to the students and guide them in designing their future career. The Career Guidance Cell headed by
a senior faculty and assisted by a full time placement officer provides the guidance and facilitates the students for their internships,
placement preparation and practical trainings.
It provides continuous coaching free of cost to the students preparing for the competitive exams such as Civil Services ( IAS, IPS,
other Public Service Commission Examinations), Judicial Services examinations for the recruitment of Junior Civil Judges by various
states in the countries.
It helps the students undertake the Company Secretary, ADR Licentiate, Trademark and Patent Licentiate examinations, Insurance
Licentiate examinations and other competitive examinations. It helps in preparation of Resume, Personal Interview Skill enhancing
by conducting mock interviews, and preparation for written tests .
The Career Guidance Cell play important role in preparing the student market ready made and enhances the value of the students

Prof. A.V. Narsimha Rao is a Doctorate in Environmental
Law. He has 15 years of teaching and research
experience in addition to the industry experience of 20
years. He has written more than 50 research articles
published in National and International Journals. He is specialized in
Corporate Law, IPR, Environment law, Banking and Insurance laws. He has
visited USA, France, Italy, Switzerland and Bhutan as part of academic and
research activities. He has guided LLM and MBA students for dissertation
/ thesis. He participated in Annual Fest of Association of American Law

the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Worked as a Government Pleader in the High Court of A.P., and was the Secretary of the Rotary Club
of Hyderabad during the year 1998-99. Sworn in as an additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1999 and as a
Judge April, 2000.

Information Technology Law, Corporate IT Security issues, anti-counterfeiting, Cyber space property rights etc. He is a guest and visiting
faculty at the Company Secretaries Institute, Hyderabad Chapter, JNTU Kakinada, Osmania University, National Institute of Fashion
Technology, Hyderabad, Central University, the Andhra Pradesh Police Academy and ICFAI Law School Hyderabad. He authored many
Articles in various Law Journals, Magazines and periodicals including ICFAI Journals. He has been selected for the INTA Law Firm
Committee for the years 2016 to 2017.
