allowing/authorizing the bearer of this letter, Mr. Jorge A. Lencio , my co-teacher to
claim my PRC ID in your office.

I won’t be able to claim it personally because of some important reason, that is why I
have asked him to bring this letter together with my identification card as valid proof. I
am also giving him the right to sign any papers that have a connection with the
claiming of my PRC.
