Class A - Vegetables
1. 5 Potatoes - 1 variety
2. 6 Runner Beans
3. 6 Beans of any other variety

7. 1 Butternut Squash
8. 3 Carrots with foliage attached
9. 2 Leeks, untrimmed with roots attached
10. 3 Sweet Peppers or Chillies

13. Most mis-shapen vegetable
14. 2 sweetcorn cobs
15. 6 Salad Tomatoes
16. A spray of Cherry Tomatoes on the vine

Class E - Crafts
40. A Hand knitted or crocheted item

(All items no bigger than 60cm x 60cm)

46. A drawing in pencil or charcoal

Class G - Baking and Preserves


50. A jar of jam made from any fruit

Note: Jars to be filled to a point not below narrowest part of neck.

Juniors are also very welcome to join in with the adult


categories. Similarly, under 8’s can enter the under 12’s
categories.

Class J - Oakhill School Exhibition Piece


For the Antonia Black award. Design a cover for the next
show. Entries via class teacher.
Rules and Information for Exhibitors
1. No entry to Village Hall during judging.
2. Exhibitors should complete attached entry form
which, together with the entry fee, should be in
the hands of the Show Secretary not later than
8pm Friday 9th September 2022.
3. Exhibitors may enter multiple exhibits.
4. The entry fee is 50 pence for each exhibit.
5. Fees are payable for all classes except the Junior Section.
6. Class I, Junior Section exhibit entry is free. (under 12’s)
7. Juniors entering adult classes to pay 50p exhibit fee.
8. Exhibits must be grown or made by the exhibitor.
9. All containers etc are to be provided by the exhibitor
10. The Hall will be open from 08.30 to 10.15am on show
day for staging exhibits.
11. Judging begins at 10.30am.
12. No entry to the public until 1pm.
13. Presentation of Trophies and Prizes at 2.30pm.
14. No exhibit may be removed before 3pm.
15. Any produce remaining after 3.30pm will be sold.
16. Disputes will be resolved by the show committee.
17. The committee will not be responsible for loss or
damage to any exhibit.
18. All proceeds will be used to support next year’s show.
