III. Checking of attendance is 5 minutes after the time. After this, any student coming
in the class are considered absent.
b. Zoom room will be opened at least 5 minutes before time. This will give students 10
minutes to get in.
c. The only acceptable and considerable reasons for absences are:
I. Medical condition – must be supported by a medical certificate
II. Family emergencies – must be supported by a formal letter from the family
d. The above-stated guidelines also apply to f2f.

REQUIREMENTS

a. The course will use the case method. Cases are distributed for the students to read and
understand on an earlier time. Normally, students are given at least 5 days to solve the
case upon issuance. If a case is given on a Monday, the submission is 6pm Saturday of
the same week. Discussion of the case is Monday of the next week. Same process if the
case is issued on a Wednesday, where submission is 6pm Monday of the next week.
Discussion is Wednesday.
b. Only students who participated in the discussion and deliberation of the case shall be
included in the paper. Non-participation to group discussion shall mean getting a zero (0)
for that particular case.
c. The case shall be answered by group. No individual case output shall be accepted.
d. Late submission of the case output shall not be accepted. We will follow the time set in
our eclass. A case output submitted at 6:01pm is considered late, thus will not be
accepted. So, make sure all groups upload the case output to eclass way way before the
set deadline.

FINAL EXAMINATION

a. Final examination will be in the forms of written and oral.

b. The exam shall be conducted by group (same group with case).
c. Exam will be scheduled during class days and hour.
d. A group shall be scheduled on a particular day and hour.
e. Exam shall start 2 weeks before the scheduled final exam to cater to all groups from the
two sections.
f. There will be no individual final examination. There will also be no special final exam,
unless for medical and emergency reasons.
