The energy supplied by food to the body is made up of potential electrons' energy stored in natural
product chemical bonds. When enzymes cleave macromolecules, electrons move from high levels of
energy to decrease energy levels, starting to form an avalanche-like flow of negative particles and cells
to keep them alive. This is cellular or endogenous respiration, a set of enzymatic processes that takes
place in every cell of a living organism. The macromolecules of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are
eventually converted into carbon dioxide and water. As a result, the energy of the product, which
contains of heat and electron flow and is used in the synthesis of ATP, is set to release. It is obvious that
the greater the amount of ATP accumulated in the cellular mitochondria, the greater a people's
psychoenergetic ability, performance, endurance, and social activity. On one side, people know that
protein digestion, fats, and carbohydrates can require significantly more energy than can be obtained
solely through food.
