Responsibilities
Reporting to: CEO and COO
This is an intense business side startup role, and this person will work closely with the founders and
Chief Operating Officer, to ensure that all account management tasks are effectively
monitored and timely completed. This is a unique opportunity to have direct responsibility for the
growth of a fast-growing international startup venture and its Gaming vertical. We are growing at
an exponential rate, so the ability to adapt to a new and ever changing environment is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with CEO and COO to shape operational strategy, and build
launch playbooks for the Gaming vertical
Identify and research gaming NFT projects, and prepare presentations to prospective
clients and internal executives
Manage the onboarding of game partners and clients, including preparing contracts
Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop a thorough understanding of their
business objectives, goals and challenges
Collaborate and coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology and Marketing teams,
manage complex work streams, drive process improvement and build scaled operational
materials
Monitor NFT drops and report on campaigns progress and results, using data analysis and
internal/external feedback
As needed, this role will flex to support other areas of the organization (for example,
partnerships or product support) and is expected to seamlessly integrate with the team to
deliver what needs to be accomplished.
Background & requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management, sales / business development, production
or operations
A passion for gaming with a genuine interest in the play to earn market. Prior experience
with gaming companies or relationships within the gaming industry is a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while
maintaining strict attention to detail
Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and is proactive in
execution and project management
Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast paced environments
Benefits:
Salary: 13 months/years plus performance bonus
