About the Role

We are looking for a growth manager that can help the program manage various new initiatives and
expansion related projects that the company is looking to evaluate and implement. This role requires a very
high level of quantitative and analytical aptitude along with the soft skills to influence stakeholders
internally and externally.
This is an extremely important role as the company is looking to enter new verticals and markets as part of
the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• The role requires a large amount of data analysis (including data mining) to identify opportunities
and present recommendations based on sound ROI-based approached
• Work cross-functionally with various internal teams (product/tech, marketing, risk, etc.) to drive
various growth-related projects
• Ability to conduct primary market research – both qualitative and quantitative
• Work with key business partners externally and possibly even manage relationships

Qualifications and Skillsets

• Total 3-5 years of experience


• Minimum 2 years of prior experience working as a data scientist or quant analyst and high
proficiency with SQL
• Currently working as a program manager in a marketing or growth team
• MBA from top tier university only – IIM, ISB, Top International Universities
• Experience working for an eCommerce/fintech startup is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
