Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for top-notch professionals in Data Sciences & Analytics consulting. Role’s responsibilities:
• Lead analytical thought process: Help solve exciting problems in fintech, banking & other data rich sectors.
• Own client management and project delivery: Work directly with CXOs across the globe, working alongside
some of the sharpest minds of the country.
• Drive growth of people and of the firm: Provide career mentorship, lead internal R&D projects, identify internal
innovation areas.

Roles Offered:
We are always looking to hire diverse talented and offer the following roles:
• Consultant: CTC INR 22-26 LPA
• No prior analytics or data science experience required for the role. Employees typically move to managerial roles
in 9-12 months, which is contingent upon the individual performance.
• Associate Manager (AM): CTC INR 30-35 LPA
• At least 1 year of relevant analytics or data science experience required for this role.
• Manager: CTC INR 40-48 LPA
• At least 3 years of relevant analytics or data science experience required for this role.
• Senior Manager: CTC INR 46-55 LPA
• At least 5 years of relevant analytics or data science experience required for this role.

- We offer ~85-90% as fixed component of the above CTC.


- Tentative joining date for candidates would be May/June 2024.
- Level fitment will be determined based on the candidate’s assessment through the process, skills and experience and shall be communicated at the
time of the shortlisting and offer.

• Engineering background is not mandatory - Anyone who likes to analyze data and draw business insights can

• Open to hire rock stars with no prior analytics consulting experience but are motivated for a career in this industry.
• Candidate should be willing to travel to both international and national client locations.
• Candidate should be willing to take broader responsibility outside of client deliverables, helping growth of the firm.
• Candidate should have outstanding problem-solving skills and a positive can do it attitude.
• Candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
