 COVID – 19 TESTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
As the COVID-19 crisis endures for longer and the virus continues to
spread globally like epedemic , the need for collecting epidemiological
data and patient health information also grows exponentially. The race
against the clock to find a cure and a vaccine to this disease means
researchers requires storage of increasingly large and diverse types of
information for doctors and patients, recording symptoms and reactions to
treatments, the need for storage flexibility is only surpassed by the
necessity of storage security. The volume, variety, and variability of
COVID-19 patient data requires storage in this web Application. So for
manages the reports and testing for covid – 19 symptoms patients are
used this application. Which mainly helps to recorded the data and gives
the best suggestion of treatment by the doctors.

Objective
The Objective of the System is :-

1) To Get the House Sitting Facility of Laboratories.

2) To Save The Data in a Single Platform

3) To Get The Report Through Online which can Prevent Through this Epedemic.

4) To Save the Life of Others and Provide a Clear System for Sick if Found.

Modules

It includes two types of modules.

1. Admin module.

2. Patients module.
Admin Module:

Admin is the super-user of the website who can manage everything on the website.
Admin can log in through the login page.

Functionalities

● Dashboard: In this section, the admin can see all detail in brief like the total,
assigned and the sample collected and completed tests.

● Phlebotomist: In this section, the admin can manage Phlebotomist (add, update,
delete). We can add phlebotomist by adding valid employee id, name and mobile
number.

● Testing: In this section, the admin can manage all the tests like assign the test to
Phlebotomist and update the history. Also we can view details in view section.

● Report: In this section, the admin can generate two types of report.

1. Between dates reports

2. By search using order number, name and mobile number

Patients module:

User can visit the application through a URL.

Functionalities

● Testing: This section divided into two parts. One is for new user and another one is
for registered user.

New user (First-time user) needs to provide personal and testing Information. A
registered user only needs to provide test information, their personal information will be
fetched from the database.
In testing, we can see New Test Requests, Assigned, On the way for sample
collection, Sample collected, Sent to lab, Report delivered, and All Tests.

● Report: In this section, Users can search their test report using order number, name
and registered mobile number.

● Dashboard: In this section, the User can see the in which State of how many tests
are done.

Software requirements

Frontend : HTML, AJAX, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT and PHP

Backend : MySQL.
