    Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Audited Financial

    revision was incorporated. In this regard, the original report was
    filed with this Honorable Office on April 30, 2021 and the Audited
    Financial Statements with proof of receipt of the BIR was also filed
    today through the Honorable Commission’s Online Submission Tool.
