Teacher candidate uses different resources to meet the needs of the students. She encourages students to use whatever they feel most comfortable with to learn
skills such as flash cards, pictures, puzzles, etc. Many manipulatives such as playdoh, letter and number tracers, are used help students master their motor skills.
She creates lessons using different tools, resources, and materials to enhance the instructional process. She understands the students and their individual learning
styles and plans her lessons accordingly.

Teacher candidate uses her prior content knowledge of available resources and technologies to help the students achieve and excel. She used the prior assessment
of the children to help build her lessons to include different skills and concepts to be taught. She uses familiar aides such as ABC flashcards, foam letters, color cards,
etc., to create discussions and connect learning. She includes technology with songs, read aloud books, and tablets to master new information . She encourages the
students regularly to always use their words when they need to communicate.

Teacher candidate uses various perspectives for students to connect with real life situations and issues. She helps them to develop the ability to use problem solving
skills while allowing the students to explore socially and culturally. During center time, teacher role plays with students and engages with current events and people.
Students play in the kitchen area and assume various roles of restaurant employees and preparing food items.

Teacher candidate developed appropriate lessons and learning experiences for the students that covered multiple areas. She is aware of the strategies that work
best for students and applies them with her teaching. She differentiates instructions based on data, student knowledge, performance and interest. She plans her
lesson based on the pre-assessments that all students are given. She plans various activities to keep students actively engaged throughout each lesson.

Teacher candidate engages students in a deeper understanding of content by using a range of learning skills and technology. She uses hand-on activities that involve
students and captures their attention. Music, games, and movement activities keep the students engaged and excited. She challenges students by having them use
their imagination as they learn various concepts. During free play and circle time, she engages students in conversations and peer to teacher discussions. They
discuss stories that have been read and shared in class.

Teacher candidate used many different types of tools in the classroom to engage students. Students were quite proficient on the iPad and used it to listen to stories
and review skills. She was an advocate for her students and helped parents with many ideas and hints to help their child at home. She used YouTube for clips for
lessons and stories to help students visualize.

Teacher candidate had a significant impact on the students. She connected well with the students and always wanted them to succeed with their learning. She
developed a great rapport with the parents and was always wiling to assist them. She exhibits all the great qualities of an excellent teacher who loves and enjoys her
work.
