Terms and Conditions

NOTE: I am a SFW artist only.

Please understand that I work on commissions in the order they are placed.
If you wish to have your commission at a certain time, and there are other
orders placed already, please pay upfront and you will be taken into priority
Please allow a week to 14 days minimum for the completed piece (this
excludes animation work, as it takes quite a bit longer to complete). If you
are one of a few non-priority orders, this completion time may vary
depending on differing commitments, time away and other priorities.

I AM willing to draw: People, animals, furries, fanart, anything that fall under
SFW.
I am NOT willing to draw: Blood and gore, genitalia,
content that is sexual and/or paraphilic in nature (e.g. sexual acts with
underage individuals, animals or the dead),
drug/ alcohol use/abuse,
blasphemous content (e.g. content that mocks the Bible, God or Christianity),
content deliberately hateful towards groups or individuals,
anything I am not comfortable drawing or falls under NSFW/NSFL.

If you’re not sure about what else I will or won’t do for commissions, please
feel free top ask.

Pricing and Payment’

Prices are in AUD (Australian dollars), and I take payment via PayPal, Ko-FI,
or cash if the individual is ordering a commission in person. Please note that
a completed work will not be received by the client until full payment is
made and received.
Payment Options are:

1. Paying in full upfront. This puts you in priority for completion and is
preferred.
2. Paying Half upfront and half upon completion. Good if you want to make
sure it gets done and don’t have a deadline.
3. Paying anytime during the commission’s creation. This has, so far, been the
most popular method, but have caused complications in the past.
How are payments made?
Payments are made though PayPal in most locations and I accept cash from those who
order a commission in person. I also accept credit card via Ko-Fi, but a 5% surcharge fee is
mandatory for the time being.

Do you do different art styles for your commissions?

While I am capable of emulating certain styles, when you are purchasing a commission
from me, you will get my art style. This is true for most if not all commission artists.

Can I post the commission on my social medias?

Yes, you may share it on your medias, as long as you credit me in the description or a
comment. I am allowed to do the same.

Can I have my commission as a physical print?

Yes, but you will have to pay postage and production costs for the print (this excludes
photo prints under $5).

Can I ask for changes to be made if I don’t like the final piece?
Yes. I make sure to send updates about your commission at different stages of
completion. This is so you can voice any possible changes you’d like before the piece is
done. This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final piece.

If I don’t want my commission anymore, can I cancel it and have a refund?

Refunds are available if the commission has not been started or is in its early stages.
Unfortunately, commissions are non-refundable past the colouring stage, even if the
commission is cancelled by either the client or the artist for any reason.

Who owns the piece, me, or the artist?

Both the client and the artist have shared copyright over the finished piece. The artist can
use it to promote their business and place in their portfolio, while the client can use it
however they wish, as long as the artist is credited.

May I reproduce the commission into a canvas or print piece?

You can use your commission as you please. However, please do not make prints, canvas
prints, t-shirt or other merch for sale with the commission without the artists consent
and without credit.

PLEASE NOTE: If a payment is not made by the end of the line

art/final sketch stage, the piece will be put on hold until payment is
received.
