Activity 1: My Video Reflection

My insights on the video shown during the google meeting was very complex. In the
beginning of the video it portrayed scenes of children’s playing a wide variety of games with
smiles on their faces, this part of the video reminded me of the good old days of my childhood
life where I was playing the said games shown on the video, It also made me realize the
importance of those memories since considering the technological advances that we have
today, I’m pretty sure that not all children that were born in the 20 th century could ever have
the chance of experiencing the joys of childhood that I had. The next scenes were now more
focused on the days before the pandemic, people were able to travel to wherever they wanted
and could socialize with a lot of individuals, unlike nowadays where you can’t even leave your
household without forgetting the risks that you are taking, that you might catch the virus
unknowingly. Such scenes made me feel sad since I knew that I won’t be able to do things as it
was, and made me realize how we took the things we enjoy in the past for granted.

Activity 2: Bring Me! (Explanation)

For this activity, I have chosen the bible and money as my example since not
only are they important, but they are also essential in the past, present, as well as in the future.
I had chosen these two particular items with the idea of their importance in a person’s life.
Without the Holy Bible you will have a very tough time in dealing with your life’s problem,
whether it would be financially or emotional problems I’m sure that the bible can help us
understand the problem that we are facing in our lives and thus help us make rational
decisions. As for the money, I also chose it since it is un deniably essential in a person’s life as
well. You know what they say, “Money makes the world go round”, without it you will never
experience life to its fullest.

Activity 3: Draw Your Future (Explanation)

I aspired to become a lawyer ever since I started high school, that’s

why I chose to draw its logo since it represents what lawyers are typically
associated with. I have also added some books since It also resembles my other
wanted profession which is to become a teacher, I decided to consider being a
teacher since I want to have a stable job in times of economic uncertainties and
figured that the safest job opportunity would be to become a public school
teacher. Once I have enough money from being a teacher I will then pursue my
final dream of becoming a lawyer since studying law is extremely expensive and
by that time I will be independent and won’t ask any financial support from my
parents since they will have to retire and enjoy their life which needs a lot of
money. And lastly aside from being safe from economic uncertainties, striving to
become a teacher first then going to law school would serve as a saving point in
my life. I figured that putting all my time and effort on studying law would be a
huge risk and that risking everything on one thing may or may not yield favorable
results.
