Various sources relevant to the industry to be identified for the
recruitment of therapists and stylists. Consultanices and various academies
need to be identified and conncted to, to find a source for recruitment

Once the candidates are sourced, they are to be


contacted to check the communication, relevant experience,
and skills required. If found suitable, interviews to be fixed
with the respective hiring managers

All the interviews scheduled and status of the candidates need


to be updated in the master tracker called CPT-MTP

All the candidates contacted on a particular day need to be entered in the LT


software for further reference. The status of the candidates (shortlisted, hold,
rejected) need to be entered.
All the hiring managers need to ensure to send their requirement through LT
in order to stream-line the process.

For all the new hires, atleast two reference check has to be conducted
after connecting to the candidate to provide with the previous employers' contacts
and 3 months pay-slip as well

Prepare ID cards for all the new employees who have joined after collecting
the necessary documents from the Pos

The sources being used for hiring has been Indeed, Quikr and shine(new portal)
References need to be collected from employees working with Bodycraft
Consultants and academies need to be identified

FB- Try to generate organic leads by posting relevant ads on FB and share them in the
various groups that Bodycraft page has been added to. Relevant groups on FB has
to be identified and needs to be added into
LinkedIn- Relevant profiles pertaining to the industry on LinkedIn
to be connected to, ads and job openings to be posted on the Bodycraft page.

Preparing the offer letters for the new hires

All sort of communication from sourcing until the on-boarding to be done. Co-ordination
with the candidates at the time of interview process, date of joining, and during the
process of joining like sending out the address for the outlet to be done.
The documents to be carried at the time of induction to be explained, and need to insist on the
new joinees to reach Jayanagar by 10:30 A.M for joining formailities

All the mail communicating any mid week joinees in Bangalore/Mumbai to the
management and outlet managers and Pos to be done a day prior to the joining
date of the employee. All the new joinees who need to attend induction &
joining formalities on Monday need to be put on mail

Connecting to the BGV consultancy named Better Place to process the BGV to be done
for the candidates. All details available on mail.
