NOTICE

As per the direction of the Hon'ble Chief Justice, all the concerned; viz the Assistant
Solicitor General of India, the Government Pleader, the Standing Counsel for Union of India, the
Members of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, the AGPs / the APPs, the President & the Office
Bearers & the Members of Advocates Association of Bombay at Aurangabad, as also, all the
Advocates & litigants; are hereby informed that, High Court Registry of Bombay, Bench at
Aurangabad, will hold a Full Court Reference to Late Shri K. G. Navandar, Senior Counsel, on
22/07/2022 at 10.00 a.m., in the Court Hall No. 1, presided over by the Hon'ble Chief Justice
which would be physically attended by Hon'ble S/Shri Justices Ravindra V. Ghuge, C. V. Bhadang,
Sarang V. Kotwal and Mangesh S. Patil and other invitees only.

The Registry regrets for not able to invite the learned members of the Advocates'
Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, due to Covid-19 pandemic. However, the
Registry has also arranged for a Zoom Meeting (weblink mentioned in the box below), so as to
enable all the concerned to attend the Full Court Reference on 22/07/2022 at 10.00 a.m. onwards,

Accordingly, as directed by His Lordship, on the said day i.e. 22/07/2022, instead of
