    N O T I C E

    IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for the information of the Advocates and


    the parties appearing in-person at the Principal Seat at Bombay that, on
    Friday, 6th January 2023 and Saturday, 7th January 2023 :

    I
    The Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice
    will not be available for judicial work. Urgent mentioning and placing
    of matters, if any, will be allowed before the Division Bench headed by
    the Hon’ble Shri. Justice R. D. Dhanuka.

    II
    The Hon’ble Shri. Justice Sandeep V. Marne will sit singly in Court
    Room No. 22 Annex and take up the matters pertaining to single
    bench, as per the Board to be notified separately.
