1. When coming to school, the following health protocols Shall be observed: Submit yourself for temperature check. When the temperature of the child is below 37 he/she will go straight to the classroom of his/ her grade level. Always wear your face mask. 2. When the temperature of the child is above 37 He/she will be placed in the holding room to rest for a while. If his/her temperature is already below 37, the child will immediately go to his/her designated classroom. Parent/Guardian who accompany their children to school shall go home. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to stay in the campus. 3. What will the children bring to school alcohol, face mask, snacks, lunch, face towel, toothbrush, tooth paste school supplies a water container which can be refilled. For grade six girls they must bring extra sanitary napkins. Recess time and lunch of children will be supervised. Be sure to give your children money for snacks/lunch if you have not prepared any for them. There will be designated canteen personnel to go room to room to sell snacks/lunch.
4. During dismissal in the afternoon
Parents/ Guardians should wait for their children in the designated exit area. Their should be no substitute parent /guardian when bringing and fetching your children. When not possible inform the adviser of your children through letter, text or chat about the person who will fetch your child. Give your contact number to your adviser. When you need to bring something to your child while he/she in school, wrap whatever it is and write the name of your child on the wrapper and politely request the guard on duty to bring it to your child. 5. When you need to talk to the teacher Ask for an appointment from the teacher through the guard. He will give you the appointment slip with the time, date of your appointment after informing the teacher concerned. You can also ask permission from the teacher through text, call or chat. If permission to meet the teacher was done through chat/text the teacher must inform the guard so that the parent will be allowed to get inside the campus. 6.
