This moodboard, the whole concept and compilation of ideas are created and owned by
La Belle Fete. The conceptualized theme/s and details cannot be replicated or used in
any manner or for any purpose without the consent of La Belle Fete.

Violinists and ballerinas will

welcome the guests

The ballroom will be surrounded with

fresh floral installations mixed with LED
walls to put depth as if they are in the
park/forest itself with wisteria trees. The
guests will be surrounded with flowers
as well as the orchestra. Overall, the
vision is as if they are in a FIELD of
flowers.

middle (a pocket of grassland
surrounded by blooms.
 Giant themed cake with
CAKE ROTATING or LIGHTED
pagoda at the top. Flowers
should be in line with the
theme and color palette

Concept
It all starts with the LBF concept board
which is based on your preference, booked
venues, and pegs (if any). LBF makes a deck
that reflects the requirements while adding
a novel concept that tells a story and
evokes experience and inspiration.
Creative
Process
Presentation
Upon approval of the deck, LBF will
present suppliers from stylists, cake
artists, rentals, invitations, and other
required vendors based on the timeline.
We will set a meeting to discuss,
brainstorm, and finalize.
Execution
The final phase is the execution and
interpretation of the booked suppliers. Note
that the moodboard just serves as a guide and
that the suppliers have their own aesthetics,
style, and process. E.g., some stylists provide
a design proposal or mock up while others
don’t. Some cake artists provide a sketch,
some do not.

We are grateful for your trust. We always get excited when clients give us the
complete liberty to present a concept for them.

Please take note that the moodboard is just a representation of your theme, merely to
show you the overall look of your event. It may somehow embody the event, but it may
or may not capture the whole thing. The moodboard will serve as INSPIRATION to the
hired stylist and other suppliers, but in the end, they will still have the carte blanche to
tweak, add or remove some ideas - not clipping their wings and their artistic direction.
There may also be some deviations based on the requirements. However, this event will
be a collaboration among all suppliers.

Again, these are just snippets of the ideas that we can use for the whole theme to be
unified. We can revise them as we move along with the preparations.
