completed by the 10 of the above said case,

so there is no useful or fruitful purpose

would be served by keeping the

applicant/accused in J.C.

6. That the applicant/accused is residing in

India, so there is no chance of his

absconding, if he is admitted on bail.

7. That the applicant/accused is the only bread

earner of his family, so there is no one in his

family to look after his family members.

8. That the applicant/accused undertakes to

abide by all terms and condition if imposed

upon him while he is admitted on bail.
