Many countries have unusual and dangerous foods to eat, choose two and
write about them.

Japan:

The Japanese fugu:

The Japanese fugu, or

puffer fish, is so poisonous that the smallest mistake in its preparation could be
fatal. Despite this, Tokyo city authorities are planning to ease restrictions that
allow highly trained and licensed chefs to serve this dish.

Fugu is a unique dish in Japan. The restaurants that serve it are among the finest
in the country. Eating at Miura-San’s establishment starts at US$120 per head,
but people are willing to pay for the security provided by the chef's license to
prepare fugu that hangs on the wall, already yellow with the passage of time. .
He is a member of a select group authorized by the Tokyo city government to
prepare the dish.

Namibia (Africa):

Bull frog:

Eating frog legs is not unusual. But what

seems like a harmless animal, inhabitant of swamps and lakes, can be lethal to

the human being who ingests it. This type of frog can weigh up to two kilos and

is partially resistant to viper venom. This species of frog contains various toxins

in its skin and organs, which means that its intake can affect our kidneys. Those

who have introduced the bullfrog in their diet (South African countries) assure

that there is no danger of intoxication if the animal has been mated and,

according to tradition, it should never be consumed before "the third rain".
