Pascal's Principle: Instructions of the Practice in the Simulator
Exercise 1
Exercice 2
Reflection:
Thanks to the simulator, understanding the Pascal principle is easier, as it is
visualized as a graph, and if your answer is incorrect, it is immediately reflected in
the simulator, giving you the opportunity to correct it at the same time u are
visualizing it.
The advantages of this principle are that it helps you to be more agile in both
construction and engineering processes. It is very useful for machine processes.
The disadvantage is that it is a tedious process, it can be impractical if it is not
automated or applies only to a very specific method.

Archimedes' Principle: Instructions of the practice in the simulator

Table 1
Sphere Weight (N) Apparent weight (N) Thrust Force (N)
1 4 3 1
2 5 4 1
3 3 2 1
Conclusion: Despite the equal volume of the spheres, their weight
directly affects the density of the liquid.
Table 2
Sphere Weight (N) Apparent weight (N) Thrust Force (N)

1 4 3 1
2 5 3.6 1.4
3 3 2.2 0.8
Conclusion: In this activity the volume of the spheres was different and
so was the weight, so the thrust force varied.
Table 3
Sphere Weight (N) Apparent weight (N) Thrust Force (N)
1 4 3 1
2 4 3 1
3 4 3 1
Conclusion: The shape of the objects was different, but it did not affect
the volume or weight. The density was the same for all three.
Table 4
Sphere Weight (N) Apparent weight (N) Push (N)
1 4 3 1
2 4 2 2
3 4 4 0
1. Does the density of the liquid affect the value of the thrust? A: Yes
2. How will it affect it? A: The density of the liquid makes the weight
of the object heavier or lighter. The lower the density, the lower the
thrust force.
Experiment 5
Conclusión: The distance at which the object is submerged does not
affect the density or the thrust force.
Experiment 6
submerged volumen 0 5 10 15 20
(cm3)
dynamometer weight 5 4.5 4 3.6 3
A (N)
dynamometer weight 2 2.5 3 3.5 4
B (N)

submerged volumen 5 10 15 20
(cm3)
Thrust force (N) .5 1 1.5 2
Weight of water 5m3 10m3 15m3 20m3
displaced (N)

Conclusion: When the body was introduced into the water, the water was
dislodged into another container by the force applied.
