Leadership and innovation. Hearing that phrase makes me wonder if it will awaken the leader in
me. However, I guess that it will be hard for me because I am terrified of coming out of my comfort
zone. Being a leader is hard because you have to interact and communicate with other people. With
that, I can say that me being a leader is somewhat impossible. In spite of that, I still think that taking this
course will be another stepping stone to achieving my dreams. I hope that I will be able to go out from
my comfort zone with the help of this course. Also, I expect that this course will help me hone my
English grammar.

In the aspect of myself, I expect no less and no more. I do not want to expect too much because
I do not like pressuring myself. I do not like to expect too less so that I will not be unmotivated. I am in
the middle of the two. I just want to work hard to pass and improve myself. I expect that I will be
different each meeting. My goal is to be the better version of myself, and I do not rush it. The slower the
better, so I expect that my mindset will be stable until the end of the course.

My expectation to the sorroundings like my peers and my teacher, is that they will be fun to be
with. Learning without happiness is not learning at all. Nothing will be remembered if it is just for the
sake of passing. I want to learn while having fun so that I will not forget it easily. So, I hope my professor
will be teaching us in an interesting and enjoyable way. On the other hand, I expect my fellow
classmates to be like a siblings in which we treat each other with love. I do not want competition, we
have to win as one.
