Biggest challenge/ difficulties during work experience

- I have to keep control of myself while teaching a naughty kid because it’s my duty to teach them
and make sure that they can understand everything that I teach. it is also difficult since every
primary students that I teach have different iq level so I have to explain until all of them understood.

Strengths

- I always passion with my job even if sometimes it stress me out. I can accept all critics that I got and
use it to improve myself to be a better employee and a better person in my life. I also can work at
any kind of environment and do not feel shy and awkward to socialize with anyone if its regarding
my job.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years

= it would be great I can be the main writer in your company and be trusted to manage a big project
in this company since I don’t like to keep changing my workplace. I would love to stay as long as I can
In one company so that I can grow up with them. At that time, I will be a great writer and can
produce a great reading materials.

Tell about yourself

= yes sure. So i’m taking a major in English Language studies in usm. When taking this degree. My
lifestyle has started to change. I become someone who enjoyed writing and reading something such
as short story and novel. This habit has led me to pursue writing- related passions. I enjoy writing
something because it made me forget about others problem in my life for a while and It makes me
feel better. I also got to learn about the writing process and how to manage and work in a team
when taking this degree.

Are you a leader or follower

I can be both of the type but I would prefer to be a leader because I think that I am capable to be a
great leader and lead my teams to achieve our goals together.

What do you think one need to have in order to be a leader

In my opinion, leader need to have an open mind so they can accept and hear every decisions that
their teams suggests. A leader should not making the decision alone, they need to discuss and
handle the project together in order to achieve their goals. By doing so, their team will not have to
be afraid to suggest anything in order to improve the project that are be handle.

Weaknesses.

Since I have an anxiety, I can’t procrastinate my work. If I do procrastinating, I will not able to stop
thinking about it and it will stress me out. This will make me feels more anxious and sometimes I will
not be able to sleep because of overthinking. To prevent this from happen, I always finished my
work as fast as I can so I would not be anxious about it anymore.

How you handle being under pressure.

I will tell myself that I can make it happen and going thru this just like I did before. I will think about
my previous journey when I am capable to going thru the hard time so I can gain more strength and
be motivated. Then, I will take sometimes to calm down and start doing my work again instead of
running from it because running away from our responsibility will not solve the problem.
Why should we hire you

Because I have acquired relevant skills and experience and I wish to use and improve my skills in this
company. I know that there so many candidates that have more experience and skills than me but if
I get hired, you can see my sincerity in my work. I also excited to use my communication and
teamwork skills that can give benefit to your organization if I get selected for the position.

How you can convince us that you are the best among other candidates.

For me, everyone has their own unique. However, I do believe in myself that I’m capable to show
you that I am the best among other candidates. I will use all my writing skills and communication to
write an article and rewrite pieces as it is my responsibility if I get this position.

What can you contribute to the company.

I can contribute by being an excellent employee so that this company will gain maximum benefit
from hiring me. Not just hire someone to pay their salary but not doing the job sincerely.
