of software development, IT infrastructure operations, and the intersection
between them. Each event is run by volunteers from the local area.

DevOpsDays Jakarta will be the one and only event held in Indonesia.
DevOpsDays Jakarta in 2022 would be the fourth series of DevOpsDays
Jakarta after success in 2020 with more than 560 participants.

 BACKGROUND
Event
Nowadays, any type of business regardless of the industry is continuously
enhancing product delivery approaches and methodologies to win the
market. In order to achieve the goal, DevOps plays an important role
during the journey. Embracing DevOps is challenging starting from initial
adoption up to replicating it across entities in an organization to transform
all aspects in enablement from operational, technical, and cultural.

Through this DevOpsDays Jakarta 2022 Conference, we would like to

give enlightenment to all technology practitioners through joining
our full-day conference with several leaders and engineers on stage,
sharing their journey with the challenge in initiating DevOps adoption,
observing and learning from the failures and success, and translating
the success aspects across organizations.

Secure Code Competition

“DEVELOPERS DON’T NEED TO BECOME SECURITY EXPERTS, BUT THEY MUST BE

EMPOWERED TO BE THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE FOR THEIR ORGANIZATION”
Secure Code Warrior platform allow organizations to run competitive and engaging events that get the
whole Developer community involved. Players will be presented with a series of code challenges that
will ask them to identify the problem, locate the insecure code, and fix the vulnerability. Throughout
the Tournament, Developers will earn points and they can watch as they climb to the top of the
leaderboard and be crowned the ‘Secure Code Warrior.’

Workshop

This workshop is a period of discussion or practical work on a particular subject in which a group of
people shares their knowledge or experience. DevOpsDays Jakarta 2022 planned a series of workshops
on the first day of the event.
