Be Kind To Animals

There are various kinds of animals in the world. Some of

the animals can be used as pets and can live in our
houses like cats, dogs and cows. While some of them live
only in forests like elephants, deer, and lions. Animals
are useful to us in one way or other.
We must love the animals regardless of their
type and where they live. Like human being’s animals
are also the creatures of God. Animals are equal sharers
of natural gifts with men. But it is a pity that men treat
animals cruelly. They kill animals to eat their meat. They
kill certain other animals to conduct medical
experiments. Many people hurt the animals and they
like to hunt these animals for food or for fun. It
is considered a very wrongful act. Animals also have
a right to live. We can show our kindness towards
animals in a number of ways. We should not break the
nests of the birds. People beat the bullocks with lash to
make them run faster and it should be avoided as it
hurts them and causes pain to them. Torturing the
animals in one way or other for our benefits should be
avoided. If we keep animals as pets in our houses, we
need to take care of them properly.
 Some people express the view that if
animals are not killed, they will attack human beings.
But such people are not right in holding this view. All
animals are not dangerous. Nor do all animals kill human
beings. Life will become impossible without animals.
They must be protected at all costs. Special forests
should be made to protect animals. Birds should be
kept in sanctuaries for security and safety. Hunting and
killing of animals should be prohibited.
These are some of the many ways by
which we can show our kindness towards them like Keep
water pots outside your house for homeless dogs and
birds. Offer food to hungry animals. If we show kindness
towards animals, they will never try to harm us. We
one cannot be kind to animals, he cannot be kind to
other peoples too. So, it is important to understand the
value of kindness and why we need to be kind towards
everyone. It is our responsibility to protect the animals
and to be kind towards them.
Teaching children to care for and respect
animal life lets them know the importance of being kind
to all creatures, whether great or small. Learning
kindness to animals at an early age can benefit children
as it helps them become better and more
compassionate individuals as they grow.
Last but not the least have love and kindness
in your heart, then you will automatically understand
how to keep the animals around you happy. Kindness
and justice to animals is an essential part of human
virtue. They deserved kindness because they are dumb
and helpless and cannot plead their own cause. Cruelty
to animal is often due to the thoughtlessness and lack
of imagination.
