Terms & Conditions  

1) The prices include all expenses, taxes and duties involved in import of materials except for I‐GST 
which has been applied separately. 
2) Delivery : 2 to 3 weeks from date of acceptance of Purchase Order. 
3) Materials shall be delivered by us to the location indicated by purchaser 
4) Payment terms : Advance INR 35,000/‐ Balance against delivery 
5) Installation assistance & training shall be provided by us at no cost. 
6) The EnMS is cloud based and requires, in addition to above, 3G USB data card & 3G SIM card. 
7) We shall configure the EnMS and share IP during commissioning.  
8) Customer is responsible for payment of monthly data charges
