Introduction

SRF for Plan Approval (Existing Ships) system is all about generating request for Plan Approval (Existing
ships).

The software deals with filling up form for plan approval (Existing Ships), taking printout & uploading
signed scan copy of generated SRF report.

The procedure for accessing SRF for Plan Approval (Existing Ships) system software is as follows :->

Open http://www.irclass.org/ website & scroll down to bottom of the page you will see following
window. User can also directly access by this URL http://14.140.168.33:8093/.

On this screen, click on tab SRF for Plan Approval (Existing Ships) to open SRF form. User gets
redirected to first landing page.

The above screen shows SRF form for Plan Approval (Existing Ships).

On right hand side of top the screen, user manual is provided.

The Screen is divided into two sections in rectangular box.

a) First rectangular box section allows user to enter SRF No for already generated SRF Number.
After filling SRF Form, SRF No automatically sets in SRF No. textbox. Print & Upload Sign Scan
buttons are disabled before filling up SRF form, gets enabled after submitting form. 3
b) Second rectangular box section is to make new request for SRF.

1.1 GETTING STARTED

There are 3 steps in Plan Approval SRF Form.

1) Fill up SRF Form.

2) Take printout of SRF Report.
3) Upload sign scan copy.

1.1.1 Fill up SRF Form

While generating request for plan approval, he/she has to enter all required field details. When user
clicks on save button message is being displayed as “Survey Request No. SRF/PA/15/069 generated
successfully. Please Note SRF No. for further reference.” Save button is used for partially filling SRF form
means user can still update data for the generated SRF No.

When user clicks on Submit button message is being displayed as “Survey Request No. SRF/PA/15/069”
submitted successfully. Please Print the SRF & Upload Sign Copy to IRS HO using Upload button. Note 5
SRF No. for further reference.” After clicking on Submit button screen gets locked, user can not update
data in form. Save & Submit button get disabled and Print & Upload SRF Sign Scan Copy buttons get
enabled.

1.1.2 Take printout of SRF Report:

After submitting form user has to take printout of SRF report by clicking on Print button.

1.1.3 Upload sign scan copy:

Once user has signed & stamp on SRF Report, he/ she has to scan the srf report in any image, word &
pdf file format.

He/She has to clicked on Upload SRF Sign Copy button for uploading signed scan file. After clicking on
Upload SRF Sign Copy button popup window is displayed.

In above screen user has to browse SRF Scan file by clicking on Browse button. After selecting file user
has to click on Upload button for sending scan file copy to IRS. If file is successfully uploaded user is
being redirected to another page displaying message as “File Uploaded Successfully.” This is the entire
process of Plan Approval SRF form. User can click on close button to come out of screen.
