It covers the following points of view of the topic of basic practice, and incorporating
consultation procedures in the occupational health and safety management system of
your company and how different techniques can be adapted for a better development
around occupational health and safety. the job.

INTRODUCTION

The risk management system in many organizations has seen the need to implement
an occupational health and safety system. It is evident that over the years these legal
regulations have been approved to provide a safe work environment for companies
and that day by day they seek to improve the conditions of workers. The Occupational
Health and Safety Management System seeks to identify hazards, evaluate, evaluate
risks and establish the respective controls through the implementation of the
Occupational Health and Safety Act of 2004 (WHS Act), making the creation from

1. JUSTIFICATION

The importance of implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management


System is due to the fact that this will begin to comply with current legal regulations,
since we have the same purpose, which is to reduce accidents, occupational diseases
that occur in the organization, this can affect the company significantly delaying its
development and performance, resulting in significant economic losses, It also helps to
introduce a consultation system in the workplace to improve communication and
coordination between the different departments of the company so that it flows and is
as efficient as possible, to do this it is necessary to train the system for employees, in
addition, the company will establish guidelines and processes to send, track and
resolve queries.
An implementation procedure for the consultation process is that the corporation
should choose which parties to consult. This will create a consultation strategy that
details consultation objectives, strategies, and timeline, which requires reaching out to
people who have input and assessing data. In order to improve customer feedback, we
will review functions related to the company's policies, goods and services and make
them a success.

 The Building Code of Australia (BCA) includes minimum standards for the
design and construction of buildings in Australia.

 The Australian standard AS/NZS 3000 specifies the requirements for the
design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.

installation and machinery.

2. OBJECTIVES

2.1 General objective


To implement the Health and Safety Management System in the
development of activities within the legal framework and in correspondence
with the company's policy, guaranteeing a pleasant, safe and dignified work
environment for workers.

2.2 Specific objectives

 Carry out an initial diagnosis to identify how the company is doing in


relation to the Management System of the 2004 Occupational Health and
Safety Law (CTH).

 Verify the company's documentation, identifying the conditions in which


it is located according to its economic activity.

 Conduct a vulnerability analysis of the threats in the company.

 To make an assessment matrix that allows to identify the hazards present


in the company.

 Train the company's employees on the Occupational Health and Safety


Act 2004 (CTH).

 To make an annual work plan that allows planning and guiding actions or
activities organized by means of chronograms in order for the company to
achieve the proposed objectives.
