The current organisational procedure for learning and development plans for
employees requires that the employee pays for their formal training�
Many team members have been discouraged from taking any professional development as
formal training can be expensive� The lack of training across the organisation has
produced low standards of quality�

My proposal would be to reduce the costs of training and divide them into several
