Introduction
This subject A20642 Coordinate Learning and Development, in the BSB50320 Diploma
of Human Resource Management, comprises two Assessments� The following table
summarises the information about each assessment�

Feedback The results will be available within 7 days after the due date of
the assessment�
APC is using Rubric for assessment marking� A rubric is a tool used to interpret and grade
students’ work against a set of criteria�
Instructions
1� Assessments should be completed as per your trainer’s instructions�
2� Assessments must be submitted by the due date to avoid a late submission
penalty�3� Plagiarism is copying someone else’s work and submitting it as your own�
You must
write your answers in your own words and include a reference list� You are required to
run the plagiarism report on your assessments prior to the submission, and ensure
that the plagiarism score is below 30%� A mark of zero will be given for any
assessment or part of an assessment that has been plagiarised�

My strategy will be to have all the information resources at hand to provide effective and
pleasant advice for a better result when using this knowledge.

Question 4:
The current organisational procedure for learning and development plans for
employees requires that the employee pays for their formal training�
Many team members have been discouraged from taking any professional development as
formal training can be expensive� The lack of training across the organisation has
produced low standards of quality�
Analyse and review this situation, and develop a proposed change to this procedure
that will ensure that the organisation supports individuals and teams to access
learning opportunities� Explain and justify your proposed change.
My proposal would be to reduce the costs of training and divide them into several
segments so that team members can choose which of the trainings they want to
acquire to guarantee a greater organization, thus giving results of high quality
standards.

After presenting your proposed change, the board of managers are not very convinced of
your reasons
They have asked you to consult with training and development specialists,
seeking advice about the benefits of organisations supporting their staff for learning
and development opportunities�
Your task is to identify two (2) training and development specialists online and write an
email consulting with them about the benefits of your proposed changes� (screenshots of
