Covid-19 PCR Appointment Booking
With EHS’s Covid-19 EHS App, you could easily book Covid-19 PCR appointment at your own
convenience

Who can Book


Following categories are eligible for Covid-19 PCR Appointments
 UAE National
 Children of Emirati Women
 People of Determination
 GCC Nationals

Service Fees
Covid-19 PCR fees vary per category. Your PCR fees would be displayed at the PCR appointment
confirmation, which could be viewed from My Pass section of App. Payments are accepted on the
PCR centers.

What are the steps to Book PCR Appointment from App


You could easily book PCR Appointment from App using following simple steps

1. Tap on Book PCR Appointments from Home Screen


2. Tap on Book Appointment
3. Select the desired Date Range, Emirate and Center and tap Search to view available slots
4. Tap on suitable Slot
5. Tap Next

6. Choose the suitable category
7. Provide your details
8. In-case of group / Family PCR Bookings provide the details and tap Add Member
9. Once details are final, tap on Confirm
10. You would receive an OTP, Confirm the OTP in-order to book the Appointment

What does Not Slots Available message mean


This error messages means that no slots are available for booking on desired date. Please choose a
different date in that case.

How do I know if my appointment is successfully booked


After verifying the OTP, you should receive a confirmation SMS, and a valid appointment card
under My Appointment section of App

Where Do I view my appointments?


You may tap on My Pass from Home screen of App to view your existing Appointments. In-order
to view appointments registered under different number or to view appointments from different
mobile device , please provide the required number and verify the OTP.

Can I cancel my PCR Appointment?


Yes PCR Appointments may be cancelled by going to My Pass section of App. Tap on cross arrow
in-order to cancel the Appointment
